Without a doubt a great pleasure to stay in this lovely hotel. From the minute we were met until the minute we left, we were so well taken care of. The staff were so attentive, polite and friendly. The General Manage was a blessing. She does such a good job and offers such excellent service to her clients. The Spa was the highlight in the hotel. Pure bliss in such a beautiful atmosphere of relaxation. Rooms were very clean and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast was impressive. Will definitely be back.

Rooms are very nice, spacious and bed quite comfortable. Cleaning service is nice

I came once to hotel with a friend just for few minutes to pick something. I didn't want her to wait downstairs so invited her to my room. It wasn't anything sex related and it was during the day. Staff in the hotel was very rude, asking many unnecessary questions with look on their face like they would like to kill me. Probably if you are staying there as married couple it will be perfect location, but U don't think they will allow you to stay there together if you are not married. At the same time they allow Saudi's guy to bring prostitutes to hotel and they don't say anything.

İt is just an hotel for a couple of nights, it was hard to find the place, and when i arrived i saw some well decorated place but it is just a makeup. Room was not clean at all, floor in the room was dirty with lots of hair, even in bed.I had a problem with faucet and air conditioner in room. İt was blowing cold when wheather outside was cold. They barely speak english, didnot understand at all what they were saying.I didnot have any pleasant stay, i dont recommend it. Go somewhere else and dont be mislead by looking at the pictures.

Dear guest,

Thank you for sharing your comments on Tripadvisor. It is always disappointing for us to learn when one of our guests is not satisfied with his experience. We sell exactly what we advertise, so the comment here is not appropriate…we are sorry if any inconvenience has been caused to you, but our hotel is located in the main city in a very quiet residential area.
Regarding to the cleanliness of the hotel , we have great hard working housekeeping team that do their best to keep all room clean and well maintained and most of our guests are very pleased with the level of cleanliness, as most other review shows, but we understand that all our guests have different expectations and points of view.
Looking forwards to welcome you back

Best regards

Had a most enjoyable 3 night stay at the Gray Hotel. The lobby is a little bit small and darkish, but the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff more than make up for it. You get a very nice suite with great beds in the bedroom and a spacious living room to relax in. The fact that it has a separate bedroom and living room was great since my husband likes to sleep and I could stay up late reading, without disturbing him.
There is a very nice kitchenette, but unless you had your own cooking utensils, it's not of much use. Little store down the street where you can pick up drinks and local market around the corner where you can get fruit, vegetables and even live chickens.
Interesting neighborhood. Just be careful when walking as the sidewalks are not very even. Well priced rooms.

The reception was good and welcoming, the room was large, quiet, modern with a welcome tray of treats and water, and air conditioned. It's a spa also and this is reflected in the luxurious items in the room.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was glad that they accurately estimated time to the airport in Casablanca road traffic and time into airport.
It's relatively inconspicuous from the outside but that's not unusual for Moroccan Hotels except for the big multinationals.
It's location is pretty safe - I went for a walk alone at night with no fear or event. There are some local restaurants a couple of blocks away, i.e., within easy walk. It's however quite a long walk from the Hassan II mosque.
