This hotel is STUNNING. Truly a work of architectural delight and artistic genius. Even the ceilings will blow your mind, never mind the unbelievable entrance way. Our room, The Imperial Suite was so gorgeous that it didn't even seem real and the massive bed was big enough to have all three of us sleep comfortably which is a feat considering how much our daughter kicks! The manager "Sam" (Mme Ibtissam) was very kind and sweet with us as well as our daughter. She even got up early to provide breakfast in the glass room on the top Terrace with stunning city views at 645am as we had to catch an early morning train. Even though the booking for our train was fussed up a bit, ultimately we didn't mind because as it turns out - the "first class" really doesn't vary from the "second class" on the train and is cheaper as well as roomier!! (The 8hr train ride to Marrakech was actually seamless, even our 6yr old daughter tolerated it. Very different experience than India for example)
If travelling to Fes we also recommend the Ruined Garden cafe!!
