If you are visiting marrakech at any point then this is the riad you should stay at.
I can't recommend the place highly enough, the location is perfect for access to the main square about a 30 second walk from the front door.
The riad itself is easy enough to find and inside is absolutely beautifully decorated and arranged, the food that they cook is extremely tasty and the meals are very reasonably priced for the portion sizes, but the best thing about the riad is the staff they can't do enough for you,and this continues throughout the duration of your stay.
Every one of them is so kind and welcoming and pretty much make you feel as though you are part of a family. Anything that you need help with they will give you with a warm smile.
If I come to marrakech again this would be the only place I would stay as this week was the best customer service experience I have ever had.

After time-consuming review of many riads (it was out first time in Morocco, so we were a bit thorough in screening reviews), we opted for Andalla and it was an excellent choice. After booking, we received great immediate feedback from the Christophe and he arranged the transport to riad which I strongly advice! He was absent from Riad but Abdoul, Karim and ladies did marvelous job!!!
Location is splendid, close to El Fna square, view is gorgeous, breakfast outstanding, super clean Riad and truly memorable experience!
We felt well taken care of!
Abdoul organized day trips for us - all were good, helped us with many useful suggestions - especially for shopping and bargaining :))
We could't recommend this Riad enough!!
Thank you for everything!

Our rooms were on first floor, Fanida i Zouina. Rooms are inside oriented.
Just couple of observations:
Bathroom is separated with curtain.
As in many other riads, there are no keys - you have inside and outside lock - meaning that when you are in room you can lock the room but outside lock has no real purpose - still do not be bothered at all, we felt completely safe (there is always someone in the riad and it is locked, you can't get in without buzzing first) and our belongings as well, off course lock on your suitcase will probably ease the mind of those more cautious.

The best location to stay in Marrakech, near Jemaa el Fna, with a rooftop with an amazing view over it, where we could enjoy dinner and a wonderful breakfast.
But this was not all about the location, after walking through the narrow streets I was amazed once I cross the Riad Andalla door.
I found out the most warming reception of all with an amazing Moroccan decor that will dazzled me. All the details are carefully care, the rooms are super comfortable and although it's located 2 min from the main square, inside it is super quiet.
Recommend the traditional dinner and breakfast for sure!
Definitely the best place to stay and we could't find better hosts to have, thanks guys!
Hope to be back soon!

Room Tip: Best location over Jemaa el Fna, great view from rooftop, wonderful moroccan decor, great for shoppi...

Riad Andalla was one of he most enjoybable riads we stayed in in Morocco. Abdul & Kareem, out hosts (Christophe is another), were more than kind, always in good spirits. The location could not have been closer to the Jemaa el Fna--while remaining apart & super-quiet. And yes, the rooftop terrace was special, with a killer view of the plaza.
You will at first wonder about the winding alleyway to Andalla, but it makes the riad even more alluring & serene after the festy Jemaa din. Enjoy...

Room Tip: Most (maybe all?) rooms opened out on the atrium, so choosing a good room should not be a problem.

The Riad although hard to find at first, turned out to be in a fantastic location close to the main square. There is a roof top terrace that is very relaxing and with a view of the Jemma el-fnaa Square. You can book to have your evening meal up there and it was delicious with local and seasonal produce. The staff were all very kind.
