A welcome second to none. Homely atmosphere, clean and the owners only too pleased to oblige in any way. Fantastic authentic Moroccan food, so succulent it practically eats itself. Had such a fantastic time and definitely want to go back and do more in this wonderful country. None of the horror stories that we read about. A must.

This Riad is very authentic, comfortable and clean; we visited when they were doing some decorating so possibly didn't see it as its best but it didn't detract from the wonderful experience that we had when we stayed for four nights. The manager, Chouqui, could not have been more welcoming and helpful, taking time to show us routes to places of interest, and even taking us to a couple of nearby places on our first day. His small team which includes the delightful Khalil and the best maker of tagine, Raja, looked after us wonderfully. As expected, the Riad is in a small street but we experienced no difficulties getting about (getting lost is part of the fun!) and unlike another reviewer, we (two women) never felt remotely scared or uncomfortable at any point. I would stay again - it's not the flashiest of places but it was good value, the food was great and it felt like staying with family.

Shoki will do anything for you, you just need to ask. They will also give you advice on what to do and where to go. If you have a phone with maps I would recommend you mark the location of the hotel as it is down a small street which can be hard to find (though the staff give you their number and will come and find you if you get lost).
Amazing staff, so friendly, welcoming and helpful. We felt that they really looked after us.

Shoki organised a day trip for us to Essaouira with our own driver, and we felt safe with him. The atmosphere of the place is lovely; we liked it being away from the souks and the madness of the square.

Would I go back? No I wouldn’t, though as a host he was brilliant as were all the staff.

it’s just the area, it doesn’t feel safe especially at night and locals constantly follow you once you’re outside begging for money. Mopeds come at you at speed and the smell of petrol is quite intense.

Stayed here recently, lovely riad and nice comfy room. I have to say though, the manager of the riad was fantastic - we'd actually be lost with out him and he was so lovely and caring, he made our stay special. Only issue is the location, we got lost a few times so had to order taxis all the time and you are amongst the locals who will try and walk you to your hotel for money. Other than that, lovely stay.

We stayed here for 5 nights with the family and my children enjoyed their stay!
The rooms were really nice and comfortable as it felt we were at home :)
Chouqui and his team were fantastic and nothing was too less for them! We highly recommend if you wanted to travel for sight seeing or for transfers is to speak to Chouqui who will arrange for travel and is alot cheaper. Our driver Saed was a great person who was with us for a few days whilst we were there and we had a great time as this was our first holiday and he took us to a lot of places to visit.
We were only 15 minutes away from the airport which was benefit for us especially with the children.
Breakfast and dinner was always hot and fresh along with fresh orange juice everyday with breakfast.

Chouqui, Khalil and team Thankyou for making our stay most welcoming! You made us feel we were family :) We would definitely stay here again.

Chouqui and his staff we had a wonderful experience and Thankyou for always helping
