Fantastic welcome the staff here are amazing can't do enough for you. We took the 1/2 board option and glad we did the cook served up some amazing local dishes. And even on her night off we had a fantastic meal she had prepared earlier for us. And when we wanted to eat out in the evening they layed on lunch instead Nothing was too much trouble. Cant recommend raid plein sud highly enough 5 stars all the way

Very authentic Riad, staff were amazing, great hospitality and made to feel welcome right from the start! Nothing was too much for any of the staff - mint tea on the terrace, scrumptious home cooked tagine, directions to everywhere and anywhere you wanted to go, great advice for haggling in the souks (although I think we still paid too much!) arranged a spa afternoon at a nearby Riad, great recommendations, booked restaurants and excursions for us, some work was being done while we were there so the use of the refreshing pool was not available the whole time we were there but when it was, it was heaven to come back to our rooms with hot tired feet and soak them in the pool while having a beer! After a day exploring in the hot sun it was nice to come back to the peace and tranquility of the Riad! Only a short walk from the hustle and bustle of the souks and the busy markets, would stay there again and recommend to friends! Thank you Chouqui and your team - memories etched in our hearts!

Room tip: we stayed in a double room in the corner of the first floor, very comfortable and quiet

A welcome second to none. Homely atmosphere, clean and the owners only too pleased to oblige in any way. Fantastic authentic Moroccan food, so succulent it practically eats itself. Had such a fantastic time and definitely want to go back and do more in this wonderful country. None of the horror stories that we read about. A must.

This Riad is very authentic, comfortable and clean; we visited when they were doing some decorating so possibly didn't see it as its best but it didn't detract from the wonderful experience that we had when we stayed for four nights. The manager, Chouqui, could not have been more welcoming and helpful, taking time to show us routes to places of interest, and even taking us to a couple of nearby places on our first day. His small team which includes the delightful Khalil and the best maker of tagine, Raja, looked after us wonderfully. As expected, the Riad is in a small street but we experienced no difficulties getting about (getting lost is part of the fun!) and unlike another reviewer, we (two women) never felt remotely scared or uncomfortable at any point. I would stay again - it's not the flashiest of places but it was good value, the food was great and it felt like staying with family.
