Where to Start!
My wife and I stayed at Riad Kheirredine last week for 3 nights, there wasn't one thing that I would have changed. This place is one of the pearls of Marrakech and it's impossible to be in any way disappointed if you choose to stay here.
We decided to stay in an imperial suite which are the newest addition to the Riad, you can tell that every detail has been though of when designing the rooms (pure contemporary class with a Moroccan theme).
Breakfast was lovely and plentiful and could be served at any time anywhere in the Riad!! The 2 pools were intimate but great.
I think above all it was the service that stood out during our stay. ALL staff members couldn't do enough to help you, they were all so polite and you know that they genuinely just want to help you have an amazing time. From recommending restaurants and day trips to organising transportation to and from the airport, we really felt looked after so that we didn't have to worry about anything (which was fantastic given this was our first time in Marrakech)
The Riad is very slightly out of the hustle and bustle of the manic souks - something that we really appreciated. The Riads staff gave us a mobile phone in case we got lost, they also have staff walk with you if wanted.
We really can't say enough about this place - if you want a 5* Riad in Marrakech I doubt very much that you will get better than this.
A special thanks to Sara, Elena and Mustafa.

My Husband booked this Riad as a surprise minimoon and 'Wow' from the moment you walk in the service, rooms, roof pool, food, spa all exceed expectations. I was unsure how we would be getting around Marrakesh and the Souks in particular but the Riad provide maps and a mobile telephone (for if you get lost) and a guide to walk you to locations to venture from. They also provide great advice so as not to fall victim to common cons from some locals. Nothing is too much trouble, breakfast at any time in the day, unlimited bottled water, dinner on our private balcony with each course being brought up and cleared away. Just fantastic. The location is away from the main souks but with the guides and amazing restaurants just around the corner it makes this a fantastic base and a peaceful one providing a welcome break from the manic hustle and bustle. An amazing break.

My partner and I stayed at the riad for my birthday in July for three nights. We stayed in the Poivre room, which is on the roof terrace right next to one of the plunge pools, which was perfect in the 45C heat! The service at the riad is the best we have ever experienced. On arrival after an early flight, a beautiful breakfast was laid out for us and we were left to relax in one of the courtyards before being shown to our room. The staff really couldn't do enough for us - booking restaurants, offering to walk us to where we wanted to go, serving us drinks on arrival back at the hotel after a hot walk in the medina. Breakfast is served wherever and whenever you want it and there is so much on offer - fruits, pastries, pancakes, eggs, sausages, bacon... Our last day in Marrakech was my birthday and once the staff found out, they brought up a beautiful cake and even made sure the restaurant we visited in the evening also knew (cue another birthday cake and rendition of 'happy birthday'). We also visited the on-site spa for their traditional hamam and massage package, which was incredibly relaxing.

Riad Kheirredine is beautifully laid out, with lots of different spaces so you can easily find a quiet spot to yourselves. But it's the staff that really make your stay such a wonderful experience - available whenever you need them but always respectful of your privacy. It was always lovely to return to the riad - a wonderful oasis within the busy medina. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

Room Tip: Poivre room on the roof terrace is right next to one of the pools

Our stay at the Riad was wonderful. Great accommodation, incredibly friendly and helpful staff - couldn't have asked for better service. We stayed here with friends for four nights and would definitely recommend.

We decided to stay here while in Marrakech on our first year anniversary trip. I cannot say enough good things about this Riad.

Breakfast: wonderful selection of pastries, yogurt, meats, juice, coffee etc. the best breakfast we had while in Morocco, and better yet, included complementary.

Atmosphere: The decor of the hotel is very well done. Very traditional feeling, yet upscale. We stayed in one of the roof top rooms and loved that we could walk right out of our room to the pool or patio area. Our room was very comfortable. Greenery around the hotel makes it feel like an oasis in the middle of the hectic medina. The plunge pool was very calming as well.

Staff: Hands down the best part of the accommodation. As English speakers that do not know either Arabic or French, this is the best place to be. The hotel provided us with a complementary phone in case of emergencies (which we almost needed on one occasion). The staff will walk you to and from key destinations within the medina. The staff were also very responsive via email prior to our arrival and helped us set up tours. The staff also accommodated a special request to try to find a unique Moroccan liquer, which meant they made a special trip just for us. I have never stayed at a hotel willing to provide such a level of service.

Spa: Very relaxing, would definitely recommend. Particularly if you are looking for something private.

Dinner: A bit more expensive than other places around Marrakech, but great value for the money (4 course meal). Everything was tailored to our specific preferences as well. Definitely went the extra mile. Also, if you want alcohol, this is one of a few places I think that serve beer and wine.

Overall, I would recommend staying here without hesitation. This was one of the best parts of our trip! Thank you to the hotel staff for a wonderful stay.
