Loved the rooms, the location and especially the spa! We were so tired from our trip in the desert and the Atlas Mountains that the massage was life saving. Very clean and cosy hotel in a great location at the edge of the Medina, very near the Souks and the central square. The people who run it are very polite and helpful, eager to please their guests at any given time. Stayed for two nights and enjoyed every minute.

Tucked away in a corner of the medina this is an oasis of calm in an otherwise crazy place. I would recommend using their transfers as it is hard to find. The hosts were great and we were given mint tea and pastries on arrival. Rooms were beautiful and the beds very comfortable.
Breakfast was fantastic
Highly recommended

Thank you so much for this review on your short stay. Indeed, the airport transfer is the best solution because of the faux guides and staxis that drop you anywhere.
We hope to see you again.

We had a wonderful week in this Riad for a good price.
The staff is very helpful and really takes care of you.
I would suggest to book rooms on the first floor as the ones in the ground floor are a bit darker and have less privacy .
We tried also twice the food and had a cooking course with their chef Rabiaa : great experience ;)
Special thanks again to Driss as he was just perfect !
Nicely located a 10min walk from the main square, they also help you with organizing your excursions.
Would definitely recommend it !

We know that you have enjoyed your stay at the Riad Faiza, you laughed a lot during the cooking course, good atmosphere. Thank you for your note and your comment.
The Majorelle room is actually less luminous because of its location at the Patio, and it is also why its price is lower than those on the 1st floor.
We will see what we can do in terms of light.
Come back soon Arnauld & son équipe

Stayed four nights at Riad Fiaza. Service, Location, Price was excellent. Anas and Driss were excellent hosts. Lovely Breakfasts, Dinner on arrival wonderful. Rooms clean and comfortable. Nice rooftop terrace to catch some afternoon sunshine. Excellent Value Excursions from Riad with a great Driver Hicham. My advice is book transfers with Riad also. Communication with Manager Arnauld was great, before our trip and during our stay. Definitely recommend Riad Fiaza for a short stay while visiting the sights in Marrakesh.

Room Tip: All Rooms are similar and all opening onto central courtyard.

Thanks Eileen. It was a pleasure to welcome you and your friends / family. Anas and Driss keep an excellent souvenir of your moments spent with you ...
And you are right, a Riad is not like a hotel. It is a house of hosts, where you are like at home, where you can exchange with the staff, with other guests.
see you soon

We were nicely welcomed by Arnaud, the manager of the hotel who gave us some good addresses for dinner and also offered us take us to the city centre if needed. The hotel is very nicely decorated and a short walk from Jama El-Fna square. The staff is also very nice and professional ! One bad point.....I only stayed one night...wish I'd stayed longer
