We were staying at a Riad just a few paces away and spotted this gorgeous place on our first night. It's Italian and worth the visit. After a few days of embracing local Moroccan food we welcomed the change on our final night and we weren't disappointed.
We hadn't prebooked but it was a Monday night however still very busy which was nice. The setting is very romantic and beautiful. It's an old Riad so the main seating area is in the middle courtyard surrounded by lovely lit trees.
The menu was broad with lots of choices and a substantial specials board. Staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Still found it strange not being able to order wine with the meal but that's the culture which you have to embrace.
Food was great. I had beef carpaccio to start and the portion was huge followed by gnocchi which was lovely. And then let's not forget dessert which was Tiramisu - yum! But there were loads of choices.
A definite go to if you fancy some European food.
