This Riad is 3 to 4min walk to the jemaa el fna square. The set up of the riad seems quite traditional as well as tidy and clean. The rooms are slighly small but clean and quiet.
They also have massage and hammam facility on one of the floor which is quits handy.
The staff is very helpful.
The morning breakfast is nice.
On balance, its recommended place.

My husband and I visited Marrakech for the first time and our stay in the L'Heure d'été was amazing. This small, Riad is perfectly located in the middle of the medina and close to everything. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful, they speak English, french and some Spanish. The riad is very cozy and the rooms are comfortable and clean and they have a safe to keep important documents, the breakfast is good and the jacuzzi is perfect after a really hot day wandering the streets. The first night we ordered dinner and it was amazing. The riad also servers alcoholic beverages at affordable prices and this is a good thing since in the Medina you won't find any.
We loved our stay and we would definitely come back.

A Nice place - very close to City center and the staff are very kind and helpfull.
Rooms have No Windows but did not matter that much ;-) since it was cheap to stay there.
Nice breakfast as Well. Can be difficult to find but local people Can show you the Way. Do not let Them follow you as they Will expect money.

First time I have stayed in this riad, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Temperatures were 43c, so the cool Jacuzzi on the rooftop was a must after a busy day touring the Medina for bargains. Both managers were excellent and go out of their way to make sure your stay is pleasurable.
The room was spotless and I felt very secure there, They even have a safe for your valuables, and a hairdryer too - something I never expect - apart from those silly looking hoover hoses. This was a REAL hairdryer!
Breakfast in the morning is the usual Moroccan fare, and the coffee sets you up for the day!
Book it, you won't be disappointed. Lovely and quiet but very close to Jamaa El Fna for those bargains.
