Stayed here with a friend for a long weekend. All the staff were delightful and very helpful. The street is very narrow so no cars can drop you off so make sure that you take the Riads phone number with you so that someone can come and collect you, you don't want to get lost around these streets! If you are looking for an authentic stay in the old town this is worth choosing. Personally next time I would stay in a large hotel in the new city to get all the extras. The rooms here have air conditioning, which is a must. Lovely roof terrace for breakfast but too hot at other times. Free WIFI available in communal areas. Free toiletries is just soap and shower gel. Clean throughout. We had a Hammam and Massage at the Riad, pre booked, for €60 for just under an hour. Good experience

I am currently staying here now and riad was just as I expected it to be from the previous reviews. Great service & hospitality, close to the main Jamaa al fna square and very relaxing in a quiet part of the medina. Mustapha & sufyan are very good guys who will help meet your needs.

My family and i stayed in Riad amira for couple of nights in August2015. The hotel is very traditional situated in the most traditional area. very interesting to walk through the little marrakech alley ways to and from Jamaa Fenna. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast service is very high.Beds are very comfortable. Moroccan tea was served upon arrival to hotel by Sufyan was delicious. I recommned this hotel.

Room Tip: for families with loud children, the family room is put in the corner of hotel. its suitable for not distracting the neighboring rooms.)

A wonderful place to stay, especially for couples. We had read the positive reviews beforehand but still were not prepared for quite how fantastic the place was. Perfect location and facilities, helpful and friendly staff available at all hours, and excellent food offered (the breakfasts on the roof terrace were a highlight of our trip!

We had originally booked the Villa Amira through Groupon, though our taxi driver was clearly more informed than us as he took us to the Riad Amira, and only when we entered were we informed that an alteration had been made to our booking.

This aside, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was large enough for our needs - not exactly spacious but with enough veranda space to relax with a drink in the evening. The bed was adequately comfortable and the bathroom was functional.

Location wise we were well placed to explore the old part of town by foot - something we were assured we would not have had at the Villa Amira.

Breakfast was good, and though we went at a quiet time, the pool area was a pleasant addition.

The owner was extremely helpful, providing us with an annotated map to help our trip. Furthermore, as an apology for the last minute change, we were given a bottle of Moroccan wine which, while rank, was gratefully accepted.
