Room not that clean. Free WiFi in lobby only. Very annoying TV kept losing reception every couple of minutes. Food ok only.

Evening dancing girls entertainment was a joke! Truthfully anyone could have done much better. They hardly moved apart from a few arms gestures. They did not smile or look at us! We gave up and left.

We were woke up early morning even though we did not request it!!!

It is a real shame for a beautifull hotel like this to be run as badly. The rooms are ver y Big and well keept but no wifi, tv only in arábic or french and staff not helpfull at all. The dinning room is to Die for like in a film. The food ver y poor quality and not good atendet.

Very good hotel with good sized rooms. Refrigerator. Veranda with view. Big dinner room which was a little noisy. Very good breakfast buffet. We stayed only one night, so I was not able to get to know the hotell. All over the hotel and staff was nice and friendly.

Room Tip: Remember to give tips everywhere. A little annoying.

Although the room was spacious and the evening meal was alright, we forgot to wear our blue wrist bands entitling us to have a prepaid evening meal. The unpleasant lady on reception really told us off! At breakfast, the bread was mouldy so I was able to 'really tell her off' and she was obsequiously apologetic. Go somewhere else.

Stayed for 2 nights. It is easy to find the hotel because it is at the entrance from the main route, but far away from Meknes city. We were at a 10 minutes walk distance from a shop called Marjanne. But take care the hotel doesnt accept you to bring food or drinks in the hotel. The room and bath were not for a 4 stars hotel, but we understood that this is the moroccan way. When you climb the lifts with your hands full of luggage, you need to look for the switch. There is total darkness in the hallway. We had breakfast and dinner. Poor breakfast and dinner. Same food for 2 days. The Food looked outdated. The personal from the restaurant were counting the spoons you eat. We never saw something like this in our entire life. They were looking in the tourists plates. Free wifi was available only in the reception area. This was the only hotel In Morocco (we stayed in 4 different cities) where we had no wifi in the room. For next time we will certainly choose another hotel
