We went there based on positive feedbacks from tripadvisor. However, it didn’t meet our expectations. So pathetic, I feel that if it was my garden, I would make it better. Anyways, it is not bad experience, it is ok.

Thank Khaled I

Beautiful garden , offering plenty of interesting plants , bushes , trees and flowers !
A lot of cats around : they seem to live in and around the garden ...

This was the highlight of our short stay in Rabat - the gardens are not huge by any standards. but the plants make up for it. Simple elegant planting, walled garden. We spent an hour or so here, enjoying the peace. The place is crawling with cats (like most of Rabat/Morocco) - which is great if you love them but even if you don't they don't bother anyone.

There is a restaurant/café selling morocco tea and biscuits on the terrace overlooking the water, which is a nice place to relax.

Bus tours often end up here, and the peace is broken by the hubbub of 50 people, so go there early, and if you get interrupted by these folk, remember that they hardly stay longer than 20-30 minutes, just enough to sip a cup of tea and take a few pics and off they go again.

If you don't know that there is a garden here, chances are that you will miss it. This is a beautiful garden, full of beautiful flower trees, and orange trees. This is right between the Medina and the Kasbah. Actually at the base of the Kasbah. So if you are headed to the Kasbah, do step into the garden. There is no fee to enter the garden.

Well-maintained, nice garden or a quiet rest stop after a long walk around the Kasbah des Oudaias. When I was there, there were tourists, couples, friends, as well as a few school children groups. It communicates to the Kasbah as well as to a small cafe with views of the river. Some people can be disappointed if they expect vast, full-blown botanical gardens. This is a small garden but as I said, better be perceived as part of the Kasbah tour than an exciting attraction in itself.
