Chellah is a fascinating place where Phoenicians, Romans, Muslins, and Marinids used the site over centuries. You start at the top and progress down wide steps to the garden that is at the bottom. Storks nest is the minaret of remains of the Mosque. Friendly cats roam the place, fed by a woman known as the cat lady. The garden is small with fruit trees and typical tropical flowering plants. A few mosaics remain. Well worth a visit.
