Reception was ok, though no one offered to help us with our bags as we checked in. Disappointed with the service, there was no directory in the room. So we had no idea on how to get in touch with reception, as we needed more bottled water, there was only one in the room. We went out, only to come back later to discover that the door to our room is faulty, all you need to do is push it and it opens. No use for the key, not to mention the safety of our stuff. Told the receptionist about it.....no clear answer as yet. She just asked if it was from yesterday or only from this morning?? Hopefully they'll let us know soon.

Breakfast was fine, nothing much to rave about. The omelettes weren't the best though. Had ordered a cheese one, finished my meal wondering when I would get to the cheese. Not coming back here anytime soon, unfortunately

This was my return to the hotel after a few years and though it's ideally located in the city it needs some attention. It now looks tired especially the decor. I had a problem with the door as it wouldn't lock from inside which I reported. It was fixed but then it wouldn't lock from outside either. Rather disappointing. However it's reasonably priced including breakfast which has a great selection. The staff are friendly and the general atmosphere is good. I can understand the country's economy is going through tough times hence companies are finding it hard to maintain their properties. Overall it's still a decent place to rest after a long day of activities.

Ideal location, good wifi and the front office staff an asset. But please please, can you get better furniture and the breakfast needs some creativity. My safe wasn't working properly and the Tv. Best deal for a business hotel and worth a visit

The hotel is centrally located in the city ,the rooms somehow match modern trends ,if there could put soundproofs in the rooms as they is a lot of noise that comes from commuter omnibus and pubs nearby. In the restaurant the staff needs to quickly notice items that need refill as at times you are forced to wait for long for them to bring the food items.

You are likely to enjoy the African cuisine offered at The Usual Place bar. Business class patronage and upmarket bar makes this one of Harare's coolest place for a relaxed meeting venue to discuss official matters.
