Great atmosphere at the cafe and all the profit goes to a project that works with street children.1st place that I can have French Press coffee in the city. Staff is super friendly. Good wifi!

Love this place. Its nice and cosy, kinda hidden in an alley in the main street. Ive been in Kathmandu for 2 months now and its the bar with best (relaxed, jazzy) music and best beer (Sherpa Brewery) that ive found. The beer is also 350,- which is the cheapest you can find it outside of the grocery store (and you get it propperly poured in a propper glass.

Popped in for lunch once I noticed the place and was very impressed by the cosy little cafe.

The coffee was incredibly cheap - only 100 for an Americano - but it was the best coffee I’ve had in Kathmandu so far.

I was a little disappointed with the food, if I’m honest. I went for the “chunky sandwich” with feta, tomatoes, and pickles but when it arrived it was two slices of ordinary sandwich bread. It tasted good but a “chunky sandwich” it was not.

Hi Tom

Thank you for visiting our cafe, and very happy you enjoyed our coffee.

The staff should have told you if they ran out of our chunky bread (it's actually probably best bread you can get in Kathmandu, took us a long time to source it!), so sorry about that. If you do come back, a nice proper chunky bread sandwich on the house!

Great music (they played Neil Young!!), great coffee, great beer. And all profits go to charity. So perfect we went twice in one day - for coffee AND beer!
