Nice spacy rooms, specialy the Deluxe rooms.
Hotel is a bit hidden but once you know it, quite central towards tourist attractions, business district and markets.
Reception service is good. Breakfast a bit the same after a week stay but fair.
Inhouse dinner very good for low prices.
Cleaning of the rooms good.
Very good beds and all quite new.

The biggest USP of this hotel is that it is located right in the middle of where all the bargain shopping of Thailand happens- the Pratunam shopping mall, Indira Market & the Platinum Fashion & Electronic Mall. Also the hotel has a free tuk-tuk service that would pick and drop right in the shopping zone, so its not inconvenient at all. There is the metro station nearby too. We ordered room service & ate dinner at the hotel one night- both were excellent. Free & Strong Wi-Fi.

Definitely will be staying at this hotel on my next trip. Value for money with the great customer service, free wifi, free tuk tuk service, upgrade to deluxe room. The only setback is the location. Quiet lane to the hotel after 9pm. Overall great experience!

The breakfast buffet at this hotel at best is sub-par. The food is just warm and never hot except
the scramble eggs which are cooked to order. The hash browns are generally cold and to hard to eat. The stir fry veggies which are cook the night before are placed in the heating pans cool to be warmed up (30 to 45 minutes) . Lunch and dinner meals which you have to pay for (Breakfast is free) are hot because they are cooked to order. The prices are very expensive compared to other hotels (With same star rating) and local restaurants. Only a short walk or tuk tuk ride (Also free) to the main road which has many places for shopping and eating with reasonable prices. Even the mall food courts are very cheap. I usually stay at this hotel about 6 months out of a year, I do not eat the buffet breakfast (I have experience stomach problems on many occasions and only breakfast if I pay for it to be ordered to be cook at that time.
