Great Hotel, Great location if u like Silom area!
Very nice goods size rooms and modern rooms with white n beige upholstery. Nice n comfortable beds. Very clean bathrooms too. We had taken 2 bedroom apartment and Mr. Sawang the General Manager gave us some discount on the Card rate too as we wanted it for a longer period. The hotel is located between huge bulidings and is on the Saladaeng Road (Silom Soi1). Very close to all the hustle bustle of the Silom area and even 3-5 minute walking distance from the BTS. The advantage of the BTS is that u can land up inside the SIAM Paragon or MBK (National Stadium) within 15 minutes of your leaving the hotel and all the Bangkok traffic is hardly any of your worries. It has a very nice n popular Italian restaurant. But there is no room service, which is a drawback. There are some small eating joints like cafes, 7-11s, pizza patio, which are within 200 m. Bangrak Cafe on Saladaeng Road is good. There is one opposite the back entrance of the Silom Complex. But within the 500m there is the Convent soi & Silom Road which umpteen no. of places to try! The pool & the fitness centre are very small and there are hardly and people there. Overall a an Excellent apartment and a very good Hotel Room! If you are looking for a 1-2 bedroom apartment, this should be amongst the best in the Silom area. The staff is nice n polite. It is better to talk to the property directly too as you might get better rates in off season.

I stayed there for one night and I was surprised by the large size of my one-bedroom apartment. The hotel is in a very convenient location as it is close to the Silom nightlife.

Date of Stay: July 24 - 27,2009
Room Type: Two Bedroom Deluxe
Upgrade: none

Amount Paid Per Night: THB6,000.00
Reservation Method: Hotel Website
Loyalty Card: None

Airport/Hotel Transfer: Took an airport limo to the hotel, the driver wasn’t sure where the hotel was so they had to call the hotel to get proper directions.

Location: Very close to the nightlife and the BTS/MRT stations so getting around is not a problem, there are cabs passing thru Saladaeng at night so it should be easy to get around.

Check-in: They seem to have misplaced our reservation but thankfully there were rooms available so it wasn’t much of a problem

Room: was very spacious, and I have to say that their air-conditioning is working quite well, which is very important since Bangkok could get very warm. There is a small kitchen a dinning table and a separate living room with a couch and a TV (which they had to replace because it wasn’t working). There was free wifi through out the unit, which was great, although it’s also good to note that the bedroom doors do not have locks on their doors, so just be careful. I also didn’t like the fact that they still use old fashion keys for the rooms, although they have proximity access cards for the lifts, you still need to use keys for the door which might be a problem if you want to go ahead and sleep while your friends are still out partying.

Bathroom: The bathroom was standard for both bathrooms…nothing extra special there.

Bed: Bed was quite on the firm side, not really that comfortable but at least the pillows and duvet are nice.

Breakfast: don’t even bother ordering breakfast…I remember seeing a flattened croissant, some toasts, hardboiled eggs (only on the first day), juice. So if you are looking for a hearty breakfast, I suggest you look elsewhere.

Check-out: Check out was fast and efficient, nothing much to write about that.

Overall Evaluation: It’s pretty cheap considering that it has two bedrooms and has enough room for a big family to stay in. Oh and don't forget its a serviced apartment and not a hotel, so please don't expect too much.

Stayed at Saladaeng for a weekends downtime on an Asian business trip recently. Its perfectly located for Silom, Patpong and the MTR/BTS. Arrived late at night and the welcome was great and fuss free. The apartment was stunning, impeccably presented, clean cool, large and airy . The windows also opened wide - which I love. Everything about this place is satisfying, theres a small market right outside and plenty of hustle and bustle. They are currently re laying the pavement on Soi Saladaeng so the 100 metres or so to Silom was a tad risky , but am sure it will be finished soon.

If kicking your shoes off and chilling out is what you want then try this place.
