Very beautiful hotel!!! I loved my colourful and modern room. Everything was very well cleaned and seemed quite new. The staff was nice and did its utterly best to help me out with questions about cooking classes in Bangkok. And when my aircon was going crazy and didn't seem to work they just gave me a new room without making a fuss about it.
The breakfast is elaborate and you can enjoy it sitting outside on their front terrace.
There's a free tuc tuc service that brings you to the main road Sukhumvit, which is a 5 to 10 minutes walk from the hotel.
Location: it's quite far away from the 'centre' of Bangkok (if you consider the temples to be the centre), but on Sukhumvit there's a train station where you can take the skytrain and change to the metro to Hua Lampung, which is the central station. From there you can only go by taxi to visit the temples and Grand Palace (no metro yet). The neighbourhood is cosy with lots of hotels, restaurants and massage salons.More
