we were in a group of 50 people and never had an inkling of what sort of experience we were into. We were there on 11th May for just one night. But that one night in this hotel was the worst night in our trip of eight days. The rooms were so tiny that after keeping the luggage, there was hardly any space to move. The rooms were absolutely dark with no ventilation, the plaster was peeling off and the room had the typical foul smell of dampness. It seemed that the rooms were not opened for a long time. The doorway was so narrow that we could not walk without hurting the passerby. The lobby was dark and full of mosquitoes. Whatever sofas were provided in the lobby were tattered and we could sink in that upto the ground. Though located on Sukhumvit , it was quite a distance from the main market. The staff was rude and were unable to handle a group like us which is unbecoming of hotel staff. Though they had a massage, it was very high priced

We stayed in this hotel on 30th July 2012. We had initially booked two rooms in the hotel for three days but the horrible experience with the hotel quality and the bigger horrible experience with the Staff and the Manager, we booked another hotel on the same day and moved the next morning.

We reached the hotel at 5.00 p.m. and began getting feel of the poorly mannered staff. As soon as we entered the rooms, the stinking and worn-out interior greeted us. Rooms are very samall and water seepage marks were all over the rooms and toilets. Room Safes, refrigerators were not working. AC Temperature Control button was broken. Rooms had age-old TVs which took 38 seconds to go on.

We asked the reception to mend Safe and the Refrigerator but they said they could not do anything as they were spoiled. We asked one of the attendant to come and help us, he started shouting “hey…hey… don’t tell me anything, go to reception. I am not here to help you.” We complained to the manager, he said he cant take any action against the staff as he is not empowered to do so.

We went to the restaurant and asked for the vegetarian items, the staff started mocking at the request. They said, “go to India for vegetarian food.” The staff are incompetent and unhelpful. We recommend to avoid this hotel if you don’t want your holidays to be screwed.

Room Tip: Avoid this Hotel. Go for at least 3-Star

We booked this hotel through ebookers for our stay in Bangkok and when viewing our rooms online they looked clean and nice but nothing could have prepared us for what we saw. The hotel staff gave us a room key and in entering the room along with our 4 other friends in two other rooms were greeted with rooms dark with no windows stinking, stains everywhere and worst of all cockroches coming from the fridge and on approaching the staff about this we were asked from the manager "what is our point" it was a horrible place and they refused to give our money back and we were left booking another hotel in Bangkok at 9 o clock at night. Such a nightmare stay away from this place

I took the basic room in the old wing which is really basic, Then got upgraded to the next level which is nice. They have a small plunge pool kind of swimming pool. The breakfast is ok. Bars and restaurants are 10 min walking distance away. Friendly staff but could not manage early check-inn or late checkout .

Room Tip: Dont take the basic room its more of a backpack travellers range.
