Century Park provided the start to our Thai holiday so we were thankful that it was of a very fine standard. A taxi ride of around 20 minutes from the airport meant that it was easily accessible & once you had arrived the Skytrain was only a short walk away to provide access to the rest of Bangkok.
We arrived at the hotel at around 7 am so a long time prior to check in, nevertheless the polite reception staff found us an available room quickly so that we could get settled. Our two nights that followed were very satisfying with a good breakfast menu & evening restaurant options if you were not eating out.
All in all for the price we were very happy with the room, service & general ambience. Would not hesitate in recommending.

Very nice hotel and comfortable room. However,
I was disappointed that there was no smoking room.
I've stayed at Fairmont, Shangri-La, 4 Seasons, Mulia, Marriott in Jakarta before and most of the hotels always had a smoking rooms available.
It's so inconvenience , I had to go down to the lobby outside to have a smoke.
Please consider that.
Thank you

We really enjoyed our stay at the Century Park Hotel. The rooms were nice and the hotel overall was good. The customer service is what sets this hotel apart from others. Anytime we needed something, the staff immediately was there with a solution and a smile. We were told that Thai people were naturally nice and polite and the staff at Century Park proved that without a doubt. The breakfast buffet was good and filling.

We stayed here for 3 days. 30 mins from the airport. Good size rooms. Comfy beds, fridge and mini bar in the room. Great views from the room. Not much near the hotel. A bit far out.A lovely restaurant nearby, alibaba, i think thats what its called. Sky train about 10 mins walk.

This is a very comfortable hotel, handy to a Skytrain station and easy to get to by road from the airport. The staff are friendly.

But, there are buts. The breakfast room is too small for the number of guests, so it can be crowded and there can be a long queue. The restaurant is Italian, which is a bit weird in Bangkok, and there isn't a good choice of restaurants within easy walking distance. The service in the restaurant was poor, with some people's dinners not arriving until others had finished. The business centre is pathetic, with most equipment not working and the staff not really able to help. This isn't adequate for this standard of property.

So, nothing desperately wrong with this hotel, but things good be improved.
