Four Seasons is known for their roast meat, so we ordered the roast duck, barberque pork, crispy belly pork and kwai fei chicken. They were very tasty and juicy.
We also ordered the Aromatic duck, where the meat was wrapped with a pancake skin, just like Peking duck.
We also enjoyed the Sweet and sour pork, string beans with pork and ho fun with beef.
The service was excellent too.
