This place is near Bangkok Airport (Donmuang). I have stayed here many times. The hotel is about 20++ years old but it is clean and well maintain.
They used to manage by Dusit Thani Hotel Group, later on they run the business independently. The service standard is down a bit but it is acceptable.
Room is great, the gym is excellent with quite pool.
Free wifi , Breakfast is really good.

Room Tip: try to get the room in the new tower

Ebina House is only a 10 minute drive from Don Mueng Airport and this is its greatest asset. The hotel is largely a business and conference hotel hosting Thai corporate functions . Rooms are large and comfortable but had no hot water . There is a very pleasant outdoor swimming pool but I could find no one at reception who could muster even a minimum of English . Breakfast is good - a buffet of Thai and Western fare .
If you have an early flight and need to be close to the airport this hotel is ok but otherwise consider other options.

I don't normally look for faults but this hotel was just plain disappointing. We were only staying here for one night because of its location to the local airport. Firstly, our "SUPERIOR ROOM" had no wifi, no soaps, tea or coffee, hot water (!!!!!). The hotel refused to print our boarding passes saying they could not do it - rather, they 'would not' do it. The hotel says it greets its customers with a smile. Thai people are usually incredibly friendly. The staff here made us, as Western visitors, rather surplus to requirements. At breakfast there was no seating available for us so we at in the extension with its tables with dirty tablecloths and carpets. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I stayed one month in a spacious 2 bed room in the "new" building. The bathroom was ok although sometimes the shower was cold. The buffet breakfast was really good with rice, fried noodles, fried vegetables, and "western food".
The SPA and GYM is great and free of charge, there are 2 swimming pools, one on each building, the one in the old building was always crowded but the one in the new building was almost unused. There is wifi but only in the lobby.
The Neighbourhood is really safe with several street food places, a drugstore, and 7/11 shops within the street.
Altough is located far from downtown is really close to Don Mueang Airport, it took me just 15 minutes between leaving my room and entering the Thailand customs inside the airport (by taxi). It is also close from Chatuchak market, only 10 minutes by taxi, and Mo Chit MRT station.
If you want to go downtown it will take you at least one hour to get to Siam MRT Station and one hour and a half to Saphan Taksin Station (Phraya river boats)
If you want to go downtown use the bus instead of taxi to go to Mo Chit Station (5 times cheaper and takes only 5 minutes more)

Room Tip: Almost nobody uses the swimming pool in the new buiding. The spa is great with sauna, gym and hot tubs
