Yes, we have visited this Hilton on the river in Bangkok many times over the years.
This visit was not good enough. Check in on the 31st floor for Honour members, do not recommend this, it takes ages, not a good idea if you travelled 24hours like we did. The room 2424 was Ok, nothing special,
DVD broken, pay tv broken. Would not choose to return. Thank to Bim, she tried her best to solve our problems .

1. They will cut your internet cause they have to do they regular maintenance, and did not notify you when you checking in
2. Concierge is RUDE
3. They will make a wrong room card for you so you can’t access to your room nor the elevator.
4. They will reuse a used key card holder and there’s someone’s name written on it.
5. If you lost anything in your room, be sure not just call, but email again ask them to find
Cause when I make the phone call, they say they didn’t find, and reply me in the email comes with the positive answer.
6. If you’re an Hilton honor Gold/Diamond member, they don’t give a Fxxx to you.

Ideally located, business facilities are at the expected level.
Do not try the idea of “self-service buffet”. It is very fine, but awfully expensive. Definitely not worth it (around 80 USD).
Enjoy the piscine at 4th floor and try the coconut cocktail. View on the river is fantastic, and you can cross to the other bank by boat from hotel (convenient)

Stayed at the Millennium hotel in October 17. Excellent hotel all round, speedy no nonsense check-in. Lovely clean room with panoramic river view. Lovely roof top bar and infinity pool/spa. Friendly helpful staff and excellent concierge service.Highly recommend this hotel

This hotel definitely helped us having the best experience in the city of Bangkok. Everything was absolutely perfect. From the kindness and availability of the staff, to the cleanliness of the room with its nice view on the river. We also had the chance to test the room service out (which was absolutely a 5 stars service) and to have dinner at the multiple restaurants located in the hotel and I have to say the food was delicious with a wide range of different foods and international cuisines to choose from. The pool on the second floor was also amazing, as well as the rooftop that allowed us to have cocktails while enjoying the lights of the city from above. The hotel is also well connected to different means of transport and provides a free boat service that crosses the river and gets to the Skytrain station. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a great accommodation during their trip to this wonderful city.
