The room was decent enough except for a giant dust ball we found with long black hairs attached as we entered our room. The bed was big, but one of those coil spring mattresses, so you will feel every movement your partner may make.

Reception was very plain and uninviting, no couches our chairs except those for the breakfast buffet. The receptionists were very quiet and offered no welcome or advice, simply checked us in.

Breakfast buffet was okay except the coffee machine broke down mid way, so that was a bummer. Real coffee though, so could be worse!

Underground parking lot is a joke, you literally cannot get down or up with out a several-point turn, extremely cramped.

Overall, very average stay, could be worth it for 25% cheaper or so, but not worth the current rates.

I didn't like my stay at this hotel. The room was fine and they did clean it regularly, but the service at the reception desk was bad. No one was looking at approaching clients and you had to address them first to draw their attention. The food at the restaurant was worse then average and the staff spoke literally no English, so communication was impossible. I don't mind when it's a street food vendor, but in a hotel this big, it was just annoying.

Recommendation to management: Give all your staff proper customer training!

This was our first visit to Bangkok ..
Reception staff were polite and courteous.. But poor English communication only one girl is so friendly .
Rooms are really good and clean. Out door room overlooking Views are so bad in my room (R# 308 ).
No swimming pool .Wifi connection so poor .all ways disconnecting.
Restaurant breakfast buffet option not enough .. and same Menu everyday But that said the food quality was very good.
The hotel reception needs a face lift in the near future, but i would definitely comeback and stay here again.

BCS will always be my choice of stay whenever I come down to Bangkok, 2017 is a great year for me as I get to visit Bangkok 4 times a year. & each stay is more then 10 days.

Be it far from the traffic mayhem of central Bangkok, it takes 30-35 minutes of walking towards Pratunam by the way, & I truly enjoyed the leisurely stroll through the streets of Phetchaburi to enjoy the sights & sound & the locals.

For the price of $41 Sing dollars, I get a deluxe comfortable room, a smart TV where i can bring my own thumbdrive downloaded movies to watch it whenever I came back into the room early. I cannot say much about the WIFI connection though, it is still unstable on most days. The staffs is still lacking in English communication.

Room Tip: near Mahanak Fruit Market & Bobae.

The hotel was good, but it was a little hard communicating with them in English. They offer free breakfast, but not too many items. And at breakfast time, you will probably need to wait 15-20 minutes to get a free table. No swimming pool and gym. No view from rooms. TV had only one news channel. The intercom was dead in our room.

But they were friendly. There is a 7/11 nearby, and some street food shops around. All the popular markets are nearby. A little smoking zone in front of the hotel.
