Stayed here for 2 nights, had to ask 3 times for mineral water to be refill. They kept telling us to ask the housekeeping which we had no way to reach.. until we finally asked the front office to please let the housekeeping know. Breakfast is very limited, like staying in a cheaper hostel, which was quite disappointing for the price we paid. No drop area in the hotel so it's difficult when you're coming & going with a lot of baggage with taxi/tuktuk/grabcar. I came with a friend who is 6 months pregnant, and no one even bother to help us with the luggage when climbing stairs to get to the elevator.

It's very noisy at night. We can't sleep.The hotel doesn't want to solve the problem. telling you,there’s no way.because the uppermost rooms have windows.This aspect is particularly unsatisfactory.The rest is fine.

average!there is not windows in the room, so the air of room is not nice!it should check in after 14:00, but we arrive at the hotel at 15:30,we have not room in check until 16:40. we waited an hours,it's not very satified!

I think it’s important to tell that the room doesn’t have any window. But the room was really clean and well equiped... Good décoration as well. Close to the train going to the airport (10min walking). Good place to stay for a night in Bangkok and to escape the confusion of the city. Even if the staff doesn’t speak à lot English, they were very friendly.

Its nice & Comfortable hotel which located nearby pratunam, along the street have thai restaurant & many street food. Just the Hotel located at traffic light Junction whereby taxi cannot stop. The rest very nice Restaurant inside the Cacha Hotel so delicious.

there are very very noisy outside the window,the soud of the motorbike rang all night,which is the most important is there are somebody knocked our door loudly and shouted at midnight,it continue a long time,that rearly terrible. we won't stay here anymore,never.
