Only had one night at this hotel but if we return to Chiang Mai in the future we will certainly base ourselves here! Free treats in the room, the great library with loads of books to suite all tastes and the free video collection made this hotel stand out. Our room was very nice and the pool/grounds were lovely. As for the staff - they were always smiling, nothing was too much trouble and we actually felt that they enjoyed welcoming guests.

We fell upon this place as we were in the area and decided to have dinner.
It was a bit of a scramble as I think the hotel did not expect to have guests for dinner, but we were showed to a nice table by the pool and given menus.
Menu was disappointing as we wanted to have som tam but were told that they don't make it (really?). We ordered other Thai dishes but weren't expecting much if I am being quite honest. How wrong were we! Every dish served to us was absolutely amazing. Good portion, flavourful, just was an unexpected surprise.
My only regret was that I did not have time to come back and eat here but I will surely be back on my next Chiang Mai trip.

Dear Guest,
Thank you so much for your positive comments about dining in our restaurant. Although the restaurant primarily serves staying guests, we do welcome diners from outside the hotel. Our menu focuses on classical central and northern Thai dishes, and northeastern food is not included. This is why we did not have ‘som tam’ in our menu. But thank you that your dinner was amazing and you hope to come back again. Many of our hotel guests also are amazed at the quality and taste of our thai food that they can find in a quiet setting!
Kind regards,
Chairat

We stayed for 4 nights at the Ping Nakara and it was very quiet with a beautiful infinity pool, delightful breakfast with made to order items and spacious bedroom with complimentary refrigerator & local snacks. Happy hour (2 for 1) during the early evening & they offered us rides to nearby restaurants in the evening. Also included was airport pick up & ride leaving.
We also worked with travel company they recorded for a guide for a few days. Everyone couldn't have been more pleasant & wanting to make our stay delightful.

We have stayed in this extraordinary boutique hotel for 5D&4N.
Their staff are friendly, well trained and professional. They try their best to facilitate our trip and they did a excellent job. Needless to said the hotel environment is so elegant, well designed. The bed are so comfortable and there are six kind of pillows you can choice.
Breakfast are in very high quality with various choice. I couldn't write down every detail about this hotel that impressed us so much. I truly suggest you go to experience by yourself. Without any hesitation, definitely a five stars hotel. Also, their spa is one of the best spa that we even had in Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia. If you only have time to take one spa in Chiang Mai, this is the one you should go. We have try four spa in Chiang Mai and this is the best. They pay attention in every detail and customer's need. Well organized and served with heart. This is one of the best experience in Chiang Mai. Don't hesitate, go try it. You will find it is value of money.
