Absolutely loved this place, an excellent menu to chose from and the food was first class as was the service. If you like tapas you must try here.

What a nice change to eat actual Spanish tapas in Koh Samui! We’ve walked past Tapas Barcelona a million times but last night we stopped for some authentic Spanish tapas. It was so good. We ordered the patatas bravas, bread garlic & tomato, deep fried...Camembert & strawberry jam & my partner had garlic fried chicken. So many lovely flavours. Tasted like every Spanish holiday we ever had before moving to Thailand. We also liked the guitarist. Service was excellent & it was very reasonably priced. Such a nice change. Highly recommendedMore
We were exactly like in Barcelona, we loved it. Great food and delicious Sangria, it was a very nice change up in our one month Thailand trip.
Its been 2 years since we've been back to Spain so was looking forward to tapas here. Some dishes were poor, some just plain weird. Pan con tomate is just bread with raw tomatoes and garlic! Peas in the albondigas? Raw sliced garlic on the...gambas with no oil? The calamari batter was soft. Yikes it was just disappointing. Seemed a bit reheated rather than freshly prepared too. To be honest, we expected a better standard for a place in this part of Samui. Service was attentive but food needs work.More
We had a wonderful tapas meal: the food was absolutely delicious. My friend wanted white sangria so they owner suggested that we try his “cava” sangria and it was very nice.
This was my first time trying real Spanish tapas, together with people who had them often. What an amazing experience! All of us loved it! The food was mind-blowing!!! A super strong recommend!
We spent a wonderful evening at Tapas Barcelona. The owner was welcoming and attentive. The dishes were authentic and generous.
Having been in Samui for a few weeks, and had our fill of Thai food, we thought we’d try something a little different and chose this place because of the reviews. Whether or not we visited at a bad time I have no idea. The...place was empty at nine PM, unusual for a tapas place. The two employees on duty were very interested in what was going on in their mobile phones, and the welcome was lacking. We ordered Garlic and Tomato bread (very dry and unimaginative, poorly presented), followed by anchovies in vinegar (these were ok). Then we had the prawns in garlic (nothing special). The ambiance was certainly lacking in here, and we were in and out much faster than one would expect for such a relaxed paced type of food. Overall, a very disappointing experience and the prices were too ambitious for the quality of food and service received. I would not recommend.More

We've been here loads before and always love it. A nice change from Thai food that is a good price and always very tasty. The sangria is very good!
We went twice in February. We particularly enjoyed the stuffed mussels which were better than those we ate in Majorca last year. The wine is reasonable for Thailand. The tapas are freshly cooked and tasty. The table overlooking the street is perfect for people watching....The owner is friendly and passionate about his food. . Highly recommended.More
I know it’s Koh Samui and Thai food is incredible. However, it was also nice to stop in here for a beer and some quick tapas. Potato bravas are my favorite but you be the judge. Great you will enjoy a short break here.
Thanks for coming,u know, like at catalonia home😉. And thanks for the sweetheart review, will see us soon,😉
Because you know... when in Thailand, eat Spanish food! Tapas is one of my favourite ways to eat and I was not disappointed! The tortilla was incredible and the pan con tomate was a great and new experience for me. The owner was really friendly...and super helpful. Service was excellent and quick, wouldn’t miss out on the sangria either! Would recommend and definitely return.More
We had dinner there last night . menu had lots to pick from , food was delicious . sangria was lovely also . I think it’s very reasonably priced for Bophut. Owner helped us with ordering . definitely worth a visit
Read that tapas here are better as in Spain and went there to vary our meals a bit. We got quite disappointed, apart from potatas bravas we did not like any of the served tapas at all. The location is nothing special either, no view...and really nothing that would us make come back here.More
