This hotel looks nice on the exterior but once I stepped into the room, I was very disappointed of choosing this hotel. The room was old and dirty. The floor was sandy. Everything in the bathroom, from the faucet to flush toilet, doesn't work well.

I called the housekeeping to ask for additional soap but the response to my call was "Yes. But you have to wait for some times". I know that I have to wait when I called to ask for something, but this should not be the answer you gave to the guests. Isn't it? Last but not least, the bed was very dirty. I was bitten by the bed bugs!

However, I was able to think about good thing of this property, the food. The buffet breakfast was awesome. The buffet line was varied and every items was tasty. The food was fast serving and filled up even when the restaurant was busy with tourists

If you are looking for a quiet hotel to getaway, this is not your choice.

Was great until I found hairs in the bath on my arrival. A mate also got charged twice for his room. Restaurants were good but for someone to get charged twice is a disgrace and a huge mistake worthy of a 2 star rating. Such a shame.

Expensive suite - nice and roomy but minus the frills of what one should get at that price point. Very 'mass', clinical service but with some sweet spots in terms of service - certainly not consistent though. Breakfast spread was a complete write off. Not recommended as I'm sure there are much better options in this town.

Having stayed in many hotels all over the world, I have over time learnt to become more objective in scoring hotels in my reviews. Little things matter so much, not just the building. The Zign Hotel scored highly for me, but those extra browny points were missed because of little things that matter.

This hotel is modern and beautiful. It has a lovely private beach and the food here is soooo nice. A lovely getaway if you don't want to be in the busy central area of Pattaya.

The room 1004 is spacious with a lovely sea view. I found it a bit cold though. It will score the hotel some points if they could use disposable fluffies instead of the recycled slippers. Oops, the floor is so cold. Oh my God! Saw a cockroach on my bed....another browny point gone. Be careful with the shower knob so you don't get scalded.

What took away most points for me was the reception, the staff were cold and unsmiling. They all appeared overwhelmed by the number of guests. A little more training will help. The lift attendants made up for the coldness at the reception, nice, friendly and always smiling.

Don't forget to use mosquito repellants when sitting out by the beach. All in all, not too bad for the price and a nice place for a conference.

Near Sanctuary of truth, it is a great place by architecture. Build for the convenience of travelers. Scenic, secluded, quiet, confortable, modern, with good wifi and great rooms.

The authentic thai maasage outside the hotel is great too and open till 3AM. If you are in Pattaya, Zign is the sign to look for.
