Room Comfortable enough. Bed is great for once. Pool was good.
Location is not ideal and is a big walk or ride in the bus to see anything. Always travelling to see or do anything. Hardly any shops or places to eat that are of a good quality near.
Most negative thing for me on checkin was a deposit in cash was required. I know that all hotels require a deposit but in cash.. never ever have i paid for a holding deposit in cash. Asked to use a credit card but wouldnt have a bar of it. Small thing but very annoying. Holding my phyisical cash that i cant use whilst on holiday... just ridculous.
I know the hotel is new and all but for the location and hotel standard it is a bit pricey.

Absolutely hate the smell of the rooms! Air conditioning is too noisy and on the lowest setting is too strong. There’s a wall controller in Celsius and a remote controller in Fahrenheit and it seems you need to use both for different settings. First impressions are bad, besides this being a relatively new hotel. Location isn’t ideal either and some of the staff lack friendliness. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Yes.. they are good. Their location is quite good, fruits are fresh, they have shuttle to the pattaya central plaza and walking street, a gym, a swimming pool with jacuzzi, near to the family mart.
But somehow I didn't feel comfortable..
