Love everything about this hotel!!! I live in USA but I come to visit my family in Thailand every year. Everytime I come to Pattaya I always pick Hilton to stay. Very clean hotel, great location, wonderful staffs, nice pool, you can see the whole city of Pattaya from the restaurant on the rooftop. Please don’t miss the international buffet breakfast here, there are so many choices of foods for you;)

Thank you for make the wonderful and unforgettable memory during my stay and also providing unique hospitality services. Stayed one night on saturday.
Hotel is showing its age.
The pool even though it is stunning yet it is aging & crowded, the jacizzi seating is yellowish green, with all these, no way u can get a relaxing afternoon snooze.
The room with the face facing the windows while sleeping means that any morning sun that leaks through the gaps in the curtain will wake u up.
The realky annoying thing fir me is the TV on the side makes it v difficult to watch TV while in bed, wonder what were the hotel thinking when they decided to put the TV on the side, not facing the bed.
The large glass panel betw the toilet and bedhead means that whenever either one of us goes to toilet at night, switching on the lights, will wake the other.
The toilet door is heavy and makes a sound when moving it so we end up leaving it open.
But whenever we use the toilet the smell fills the entire room. The toilet floor already has stain marks.
Staff makes us feels like they are over worked and really stretching it when we ask for service.
The hotel is capitalising on the name and location without giving the value it is charging. There are better, more refreshing and relaxing hotels in pattaya.
This hotel is not worth the money wont be back.

I am staying in this hotel now and checked in for 11days just a few days ago.
on the first morning at 10 am the fire alarms started blasting with ear piercing blood curdling screams for a systems test. While this may be necessary to test, This went on every 15 minutes and (each time lasting 3 or 4 minutes) for 7 hours straight. It was impossible to even concentrate and the noise was so loud that it was spine tingling and the windows literally rattled for 7 hours.

This morning and every morning so far when I went to the executive lounge for breakfast They have only one staff on hand. Needless to say the service level was nearly zero as this person is also the only person checking out guests and handling call etc. This seems shocking that this is Hilton’s Executive club service that they are charging me $50 for plus 10% service charge. If you want to order eggs you need to go to the desk and stand in line. If you want cream for your coffee it is the same.

Looks to me that Hilton is just using the name to rip off customers My room room 3204 is run down and and in need of a paint job. I already very much regret the choice to stay here.
Fact is that The cost of labor in Thailand really is quite low and seeing that they charge international prices and an international service charge on top there really can be no excuse for an abundance of staff and good customer service.

Will come back again, very nice hotel, nice pool. Breakfast at executive lounge was perfect. The hotel has nice scent. Perfect spa at eforia. Very comfortable and the staff mostly excellent.Thanks Hilton
