We rented Gregg's villa for an 11 day break & right from the initial contact Gregg was really great to deal with, prompt, helpful and an excellent host. the transfer from the airport and back was brilliant with the drivers being very good and early for both pickups. Gregg met us on arrival and showed us through the villa and had even brought some essentials like milk for the fridge.
Everything in the villa worked well, including the fans & a/c, TV with 100's of channels and wifi was actually fast. The car (aka truck) was so handy and really wasn't an issue driving in Pattaya as it is NOT like Bangkok traffic.

Gregg has thought of everything - a welcome pack, flowers in the rooms, and a car for personal use to get into and around town. The villa and gardens are stunning and superbly maintained. Location on the outskirts of town is a 15 minute drive into the centre, however this added to the villa's sense of peace and tranquility away from the hectic town. Great service from Minny and the maid, they made us feel at home. Thanks Gregg, really happy to recommend your villa to others.

1 review Gregg was very helpful. The place was clean and well equipped. The pool was wonderful for young children and adults. There was an issue with hot water in the master bathroom, but Gregg tried to fix it and it was being addressed as soon as possible. Gregg was always available to help in any way. The truck that comes with the rental is excellent and needed to get around. We had a wonderful holiday with our children and grandchildren. Thanks so much Gregg.
