a bedroom was very nice and clean ,small _ I did not mind as I am single traveler , but bathroom need a good scarab- mold was very visible in shower (disappointment; really in contrast to the bedroom). well located with friendly floor staff.

From moment of check-in to the few days we were day, it was a joy to stay in Art Hotel.

1) Friendly: Kevin, Vang Vu, Ruby, Charlie & Emily Ly were the best service staff you
can find in Hanoi. Always alert, attentive and ever ready to serve, they would
always ask did you sleep well? do you need anything? you wish to order more?

2) Convenient: We travelled to Sapa after 1 note and we can leave some of our
belongng at the hotel. Location is fantastic - 100 meters to the best Bun Cha
(Pork Noodles), Best Bun Bo (Beef Noodles) is right next door, Banh Cuon is 20
meters away, convenient shop a few doors away, cake shop next door, phone
accessories shop right across the road, Quan An Ngon is 10 minutes by
taxi and Hoam Kien lake is 15 minutes walk.

3) Good Value: Everything you need is available in a medium-size room including a
Notebook, heater, reading lights and even has a bolster besides 2
pillows. Fruits are available everyday.
Best thing is breakfast - wide and sumptuous - From Pho to Pancake, Juice,
Coffee/Tea & fruits. Alll you want to eat, in fact they do not stop you from ordering 2
or 3 dishes from the Menu.

4) Almost Perfect: We came back from Sapa at 6am and they have our 2 rooms ready
by 9.00am as promised - Wow!

You don't have to look anywhere else! .

Room Tip: High Floors are better as there is a lift, actually no problem as I was on :Level 2 on Day 1 & it was OK.

On arrival I was created with a much needed cool towel and mango drink, I could just relax, after a long flight, and not worry about anything as the staff were there to greet me from the roadside to opening up my door to the room.
The staff were helpful with every request and wen out of their way to accommodate us. Great location only a short walk in both directions to join in the high energy of the city. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Room Tip: 5th floor at the back is the best for reduced noise level from the street.

Art Boutique Hotel is a fantastic choice for people seaking refuge in a bustling city. It's got all the amenities you would need for a comfortable night's sleep - quite, comfortable and very clean rooms, a delicious breakfast that is included in the accommodation and an already legendary staff who treats you with care. They are very friendly, but also extremely helpful. They've recommended a few options in Hanoi (places to see, eat and explore) as well as a tour operator in Halong Bay that we were very happy with. Having seen many types of places in Vietnam during our trip we'd rank this hotel as one of the top we've seen. Highly recommended.

Room Tip: We stayed at the hotel twice and each of the rooms chosen were very quiet and comfortable.

We stayed at the art hotel for 2 nights after a trip to Hoi An. Fantastic location in the old quarter with an excellent street food stall next door, Bun Bo Nam Bo and beers for 2, less than 200,000 dong - recommended by the staff. The rooms were tidy and a good size with a well appointed bathroom. Very good selection for breakfast being able to order off the menu and all included in the price. All of the staff were very helpful and certainly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and help us out, especially Ruby on reception. Defiantly preferred (and cheaper) thank the Hanoi Pearl where we stayed previously, wouldn't hesitate to book again when we come back to Hanoi.
