Had occasion to book rooms on different days due to the purchase through the hotel to Ha Long Bay. First room on 3rd was small but clean and quiet. The return a few days later found us on the 6th floor with one wall shared by the elevator shaft! Not as bad as it sounds, but if you book declare you want to be away from any elevator (I have learned my lesson). The Ha Long Bay trip was lovely but the hotel staff member who sold the 3-day, 2 night tour misinformed me about what "deluxe" meant (bottom floor, small room and horrible windows that one had to stand on tiptoes to see out). The sales book failed to mention the difference between "deluxe" and "premium" as well. My fault? In any case, the sailing company was just great and wanted to make things right. Would book them again, i.e., "Aclass cruises." In any case, hotel was situated in a perfect spot and quiet. Breakfast was very good but cramped. Would return most certainly!!
