Excellent location near SGN airport. So much more convenient than making the trip to the center of the city. The hotel is fairly new and the staff at the front desk were very welcoming. There are not a lot of options for restaurants nearby and crossing the busy street was a little frightening as all streets are in Ho Chi Minh City. Just take it slowly and the scooters weave around you. It only took about 8 min and 110 VD to get to the airport for our early flight.

Indeed, the hotel being situated near the airport, is the best alternative for travellers who are transiting to another city or has business around the district. The scheduled shuttle service to and from the Tan Son Nhat airport is now available so hopefully, you can enjoy the complimentary service on your next visit. We can recommend some lovely local restaurants around for you to try as well.

This hotel has everything but its Gem is the Honest Front Office Staff Hai for returning money found in lobby to its rightful owner. Basic honesty is hard to find nowadays. Im happy that this hotel is blessed.

Nor my first time in Saigon but due to the peak travel season, my list of preferred hotels in the Ben Thanh Ward was fully book.
Therefore resorted to book my accommodation at this property. As it turned out, not a bad outcome at all.
Location aside, the hotel was perfect. The room that I had was spacious and the size and amenities provided in the bathroom was more than adequate.
The bed was a dream to sleep on and the room temperature perfectly controlled. Wi-Fi was also very decent.
Breakfast spread options was more than adequate and very well presented. My request for poached eggs was perfectly cook. Based on my experience in Saigon hotels, this is a rarity.
Had the pleasure of using the gym which is well equipped and maintained. My only regret was that I did not have time to dive into to lovely looking pool.
The only drawback is the location. Traveling into town was a challenge at peak hours. You just have to budget for sufficient time to meet your appointed meetings.
Last but not the least are the service associates. Without exception, they were all very helpful and have a pleasant demeanor.
Overall, highly recommended property and if my meetings are in the vicinity, will definitely return.

Very nice 5 star hotel. The property comprises 2 buildings of which 1 appears to be privately owned judging by laundry and plants hanging in balconies. Big lobby, big swimming pool and a fitness centre. Checking in and out was straightforward enough. Booked 3 nights without breakfast which cost VND350K per pax after 20% member’s discount. Most staff can communicate in English and are polite and attentive. The suite was clean, bright, nicely furnished and large with an equally large bathroom and a kitchenette but without a stove, a microwave oven was provided instead. Room comes with full toiletries, safe and 2 large TVs with multiple channels including English language channels. The attendant who helped bring up our bags however didn’t teach us how to set up the sofa bed and there were no extra bedsheets nor pillows. The bathroom sliding door got stuck and my daughter got trapped inside. Apart from this couple of glitches, this is a great hotel. The only setback is the hotel’s location. It’s quite a distance to the city centre so you need to take a cab. There’s a Lotte supermarket and a shopping mall Vincom Center on the opposite side of the road but you have to walk a distance to get across unless you don’t mind jaywalking across a 3 plus 3 lanes road.
