This hotel is well situated with the Ben Thanh market only 20 metres to the right and the street food market directly opposite the hotel. The shower area in room 713 was a little tiny but the room was otherwise fine and sufficient for what you pay. The wifi in the room was strong. On the Saturday morning, they had a breakfast buffet (I think because they had a full house the previous night) but on the other 3 mornings, breakfast consisted of a banana, a choice of a main and a drink. My only suggestion is that they should label the bottles in the bathroom (either shampoo or shower cream) as I couldn't tell which was what.

Been travelled with my parents, so i choose duluxe. Start from the arrival at hotel, the staff greet u well. The best part is the receptionist, they were very polite and talking in good manner. Until when i reached my room, im so satisfied even the room not very big, but it was very nice stay.

POOR WIFI RECEPTION. Not acceptable.
Room has no wardrobe though the bed is comfortable.
Slippery bathroom floor.
Lack choices of food during breakfast.
Lack of hospitality.
Other than that, the place is ok.

I was alone so I chose a room with one large bed. Turned out to be two singles butted up against each other, defeating the purpose of one large bed.

Across the street is a collection of street foods that is set up to cater to foreigners. Tables and chairs at actual seating not squatting height and all kinds of street foods including Fish Tacos? Hmmm not too Vietnamese but it was good. About 200M away is Ben Thanh Market. Location is great. I was put on the 6th floor and was in the back with elevator service only to the 5th floor but I was ok with that. I did walk all the way down to check out the fire exit to make sure it is a legitimate exit that you can exit without having to have a key. Something I advise everyone to do. I would definitely use the safe to guard any valuables because the doors don't have dead bolts but I had little in the way of valuables anyway, the only thing worth stealing from me is my PP and it was with the front office.

Breakfast was so so but considering that I paid $32/night, for the location it was quite reasonable.

Room Tip: Room to the back is quieter but there is a freaking rooster in the neighborhood but at least it was crowing after 5AM.

A good hotel. From check in to check out. very convenient to dining and shopping. However, i think the security in the room is not safe, door is not fully secured.
Staff is accommodating and helpful. Rooms is small but ok for a couple.
