Johnny and Nancy upgraded me to the room with river view, allowed me to check in earlier and check out late! That was very nice of them. I also had lunch and dinner buffet with them, food was absolutely gorgeous. They looked after me very well throughout the meal. Staff are very friendly. Everyone was nice but particularly Barbara. Thank you so much. I definitely recommend Lotte hotel to everyone I know. More

Very helpful staff, especially Mia. Good service overall. Rooms are clean and have a good view. Location is very convenient too just in the middle of all the action of the city. Transport is super easy too.

We accidentally paid for a third bed when we didn’t need it. They couldn’t Refund us but they gave us a better room and let us check in early. We have a good view of the river and bridge. Staff was polite

Breakfast was made delightful when you are be8ng served by Ms Kathy. She was attentive and anticipates your needs. She help us with our coffee requests and even gave great suggestions. Everything seems more delicious. Great staff and great experience.
