We came here on the recommendation of a friend who visited a year previous. We had high expectations and seeing the prices (around 210,000VND per burger) made us expect great things. But, alas, we were very disappointed. The restaurant wasn’t very busy but we were told they only had one chilled beer left - not the end of the world. Then we ordered. On the menu it says ‘please allow adequate time for your made-to-order burger to be crafted’. Fair enough if it’s a great burger. After 45mins we still had nothing, not even the onion rings that are called a starter on the menu. The meals arrived and although the taste was ok, they weren’t cooked as we asked and were a little dry - for the price it was very poor. And to top it off the onion rings didn’t arrive until we reminded the waitress about them and only then did they come, after another 10 minutes waiting.
Overall, a disappointing experience and incredibly expensive too for Vietnam, even for western food.
