Good location, beautiful view of the bay, a pleasant infinity swimming pool.
Unfortunately the feeling, otherwise positive, was ruined by the attitude and behavior of a part of the staff: behind false smiles and a forced cheerfulness it is clearly perceived a disinterest in taking care of the guests.
As a Platinum Member I stayed at many Sheraton / Marriott Bonvoy Hotels in Asia and generally had a positive / very positive experience with hotel staff. Not so at the Sheraton Nha Trang: certainly "business is business" but it is unpleasant to feel treated as "rich ignorant and inexperienced tourists" who can lie without problems.

Thank you for choosing Sheraton Nha trang hotel and spa during your recent visit. We are delighted to see you enjoyed your stay specially our infinity pool. We have certainly taken a note of the issue with regards to associate behavior and we are terribly sorry that it had a negative impact to your stay. This was certainly not planned and we are going to ensure we dig into the matter deeper in order to ensure there are better training and process in place in order to avoid any future occurrence. While we couldn't find out the specifics of the event so we would love to know more if you dont mind sharing that with us which will eventually will help understand the issue better. The location of the hotel is great but the services and the hotel staff wasn't that great considering this is a more high-end hotel. We booked 2 rooms through booking.com with the note clearing stating that we'd like to have adjoining rooms or else we'd cancel but the check-in staff told us that the note that they've received from booking.com said that we've requested rooms next to one another. Eventually, she did give us an adjoining room but she basically was telling us that it was the mistake of booking.com and therefore it wasn't something that they can be responsible for. When we requested late check out, the hotel wanted to charge us additional $15US for staying until (3pm) when it was clear to us that they didn't have any other guests coming (we had a late flight). I can see that the hotel probably had to deal with some unreasonable Chinese tourists (they were having issues when we were checking in) but Sheraton should have good international standards even if the rooms were booked through a different site....

So that's just customer service, not to mention the ground floor construction that's ongoing or the bathrooms which are a bit dated...

The rooftop bar and the restaurant services were good but it wasn't worth spending the money and getting treated like a second class tourist.

Our goal is to provide our guests with warm, efficient and personalized service no matter which platform our value guests come from. We are truly sorry for the unpleasant experience you had dues to the misunderstanding between systems.
Regarding to late-check-out request, we always try our best to accommodate our guests. In case we are fully booked with back to back bookings, we appreciate our guests’ understanding. Besides, our guests also can use our other complimentary services like steam bath, Jacuzzi, pool prior to check-in time and after check-out time.

We hope that in spite of this stay’s expectations not meeting your desired levels, you would give us an opportunity to make better on the promise of a memorable stay whenever your travels bring you back to Nha Trang.

Being a seaside resort, wear and tear is usually faster than city hotels.

Maintenance still pretty good with good shower power, not overly hot or cold water. Especially like the separate tub and shower layout (Which is side by side), and always my favorite.

Room wise very spacious but still feels a bit dated probably from the carpet and definitely the sofa. Nice balcony view towards the sea.

Service wise good too.

We are so glad to hear that you had a pleasant stay with us and enjoyed the bathroom facilities and especially our staffs' service.
In relation to the hotel condition, we are now 9 years old so unfortunately not as shinny and new as when we opened. We are currently planning a renovation of the rooms soon. When your travels bring you back to Nha Trang, we hope to have a change to welcome you back to enjoy the new look and feel of Sheraton Nha Trang.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Nha Trang. WONDERFUL staff who went above and beyond to accommodate any and all requests. David the Assistant Manager..thankyou for the personal tour of your hotels facilities and the stunning penthouse. Mariano..the head chef..and his staff, the food was incredible. Henry the chief concierge who organized all of our transfers..even for the next city we visited..and Yumi our beautiful waitress who greeted us every day with a smile. Some wonderful conversations were had with each of you. Thank you for making Nha Trang one of the highlights of our Vietnam holiday. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

We had a great stay,Excellent hotel,fantastic location and great staff. Especially junia from the pool, henry from concierge and yumi,vu and stella from feast restaurant are the 5 stars of this hotel.
