Hotel is renovating, but did not mention that when we made our booking. We even specifically asked for a quiet room and were assured our room was quiet. Jack hammer started at 0800!!!

There were a few other issues with room service, staff at lounge bar and internet. Staff is overly friendly but do not solve any of the problems or follow up.

Room Tip: Hope you don't need to interact with the staff. You will get a big smile, but none of your problems will ever get solved. Go there for fun, but not to stay.

Hotel is clean and value for money. Breakfast is like a feast with variety of foods. Near to most of the attractions like Grand Palace and Mekong River Bank. You can easily get Tuk tuk to go around the city. The hotel staffs are nice and that hotel has casino, so that hotel will be a great choice for people who like gambling during their stays.

A clean hotel with friendly staff and very good service. It comes with superb breakfast suitable for both asian and western tasts. Lots and taxis and tuk tuk waiting outside hotel if you need transport. Lots of restaurants in hotel if you do not want to go out for meals. across the hotel there is a restaurant named Khmer Village serving local food and pricing about 10000 reil (usd2.50). Surprising Khmer food are not spicy and suitable for most people especially western. Though its a smoking hotel, only lobby , outside lifts parts of room corridor smelt of cigarette smell. the rooms are okay without any smoke. The rooms are big and so are the bathroom. I dislike the shower, no doubt it gives a satisfying bath, but water runs out of bathroom and clothes get wet if hang in side. Should change to handheld shower head. anyway has a good stay. Will consider come again.

Room Tip: We were in room 606 and find it fine for us

I frequently have travelled to Cambodia for work - and pleasure! I stayed in the high-end hotels the first few times, until a colleague took me to Naga World. Since that day, I have stayed here when in Phnom Penh.

The hotel itself it pretty average (we got a very good deal price wise), but the entertainment definetely takes this place to another level. I can live with the average accomodation standard, well knowing that I have something to do at night (gosh, business trips can be boring!).

Room are a bit old, not so well maintained and cleanliness could be improved. Bath rooms are large and nice in general and has all amneties needed.

The casino (thats why you come here!) is nice. It is not Las Vegas standard, but for the particular region (Macau excepted), Naga World does a great job. It also does not have that dodgy fell to it, that many small Chinese casinos (am sure it does, but i don't notice). The service in casino is good and drinks come free. Watch out for easy going girls though - they will approach you, but you just say no.

There are some decent restaurants available in the location - not cheap, but its prices to expect in a location like this I guess. There is also a very nice cigar bar now.... The Best however, not to miss, is : Darlin Darlin. The local night club! Very nice place! Fantastic bands/live music, classy place without being over the top expensive and extravagant.

I recommend Nagaworld, not for the hotel itself, but for the entertainment around you!

We were recently on a family vacation to Angkor Wat and on way spent a night in Nagaworld. There are no no-smoking rooms in the hotel. We were there with 6 kids, hotel is not at all suitable for families as there were elements walking in the hallways which I did not want our kids to see. Breakfast was decent, we had dinner at Italian Restaurant which was average. Nobody understands English in the hotel. I would not recommend for families at all.

Room Tip: Choose rooms that are not facing construction side ie inner side of the building
