Ok so the room was ok. Clean good Wi-Fi.
THE staff who are probably the owners are very friendly but that does not make up for terrible service. Breakfast was literally disgusting. I wouldn't feed it to a dog. Orange juice was sweet cordial, no cereal no toast or jam that you could do yourself no fruit. Order from basic menu that comes with eggs like leather and heated bread. It was not toast as it was white and I tried to put it in the toaster which didnt work. Needless to say even though we stayed 3 days only had an attempt at one breakfast there.
THE pool outlook is lovely but for the 3 days the pool was cloudy which made me worry that they don't have the chlorine levels right if they even do it at all. Would not recommend or stay here again.
Bed hard which I expected but no mattress protector or pillow protector so sleeping straight on a mattress with only sheet. ....YUK. Hard rubber pillows

Room Tip: Stay elsewhere

We stayed here for 2 nights and found the hotel room clean, tidy, with a large bathroom, the smallest TV on Earth :-) and a guest pool. 2 bottles of drinking water are supplied daily and there is a kettle for boiling water which you can then safely drink, although the taste is not great, but no-one needs more plastic than is already being dumped around Asia and into the ocean. The A/C worked well and there was an oscillating fan on the roof.

The mini bar actually had low cost stuff in it - like instant noodles for $US1-00. The breakfast is from a set menu and you can only have one selection. There is no breakfast buffet and you can serve yourself coffee or orange cordial or water. Having come from Vietnam where the breakfast buffet and menu is unlimited from one end of the country to the other, it seemed a bit frugal.

Cambodia is a more expensive place to eat we found, probably double for a conservative meal and cheap beer was similarly double.

If you are in rooms 1 - 4 it is near the kitchen and they get noisy around 6am. A good alarm system if you don't have one.

The hotel location is good and apart from the usual heat and humidity it is easy to walk to many key places including the central market.

Overall it is a pleasant hotel to stay in, the staff will help you, it has facilities like a pool if that is what you want, and its proximity to a range of historical and shopping venues make it a reasonably good hotel choice.

Well located, close to Riverside. Small pool but large enough for a dip. The staff is very devoted and will do their best to make your stay memorable. Internet speed is good and accessible all day long. Small bar offers spirits, wine and beer.
