Very cheap & really nice basic rooms... Perfect location for all the bars & restaurants along the river...or a short taxi ride to anywhere else, spent a couple of nights here before heading down to Sihanoukville! Staff are very friendly & helpful! Helped book us a taxi & a cheap one compared to the ones we asked on the street... Would go back there!

We found this guest house by wandering around and checking a number of guesthouses in the area. The lobby is impressive and the manager was very obliging. The rooms are well priced with good amenities - comfortable beds, aircon, tv and fridge. The rooftop is a lovely quiet place to see the skyline and get away from the street noise.
Overall, the lovely staff are a standout. Highly recommended.

We found it walking in the street. Room was clean, cheap and big, staff was really friendly and prompt to any of our request. Mr Sophorn especially, the receptionist during afternoon and night, was a really kind and helpful person. Be a bit more careful in this part of the city, the staff suggest us to pay further attention to our belongings while walking especially in the evening time.

Stayed here for 1 night - got offered a slightly cheaper room (bottom floor) which we viewed before going ahead, the room looked okay so we went ahead and paid.

After going out in Phnom Penh for a couple of hours we went back to the room to have a shower, and we discovered what looked like cat poo near the shower. The remote for the TV & air con had also been knocked off the desk and we saw a big hole in the wall so we guessed a cat had got into the room - not great!!

We went to reception to complain and they moved us to a more expensive room free of charge which was nice. Again, the room also had a hole in the wall but as we were higher up in the building it wasn't so much of a problem.

The room was fairly clean & comfortable.

Right in the central backpacker area, so it depends on what you prefer. I found it was easy enough to get everywhere and there was cheap street food options nearby if you don't want to go Western or spend extra on the tourist driven street. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the dorm I stayed in was great with aircon and curtains for each bed and 2 lockers per person (one small one for passport/money etc and a big one for luggage.)
