Even though it's in front of the Galle Face trance, no one is allowed to enter or visit the premisses.
Also No direct photographs allowed, since it's a high security zone.
Nicely kept, by the side of the main road, near the beach.. Saw from outside only. Not a very charming look, but worth a visit

This building is quite prominent from the main road, not far from the lighthouse. It is of its time; colonial power-achitecture!
