The hotel from outside looks pretty good but is overshadowed by the Hyatt next door. Check in was fast though we were in a group. The rooms were pretty clean. But there is literally no response from room service even though the reception connects you immediately. We have an empty mini fridge( no problem there) but no safe. Our friends had neither. But the air conditioning is terrible. Sometimes I felt we had hot air gushing in. We couldn't get a pair of extra glasses despite calling several times. ROOM SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST. SOMETIMES housekeeping forgets to leave cup and saucers; sometimes the sheets to use below the blankets. Difficult to communicate because of language barrier. BUT MOST IMPORTANT! AS ADVISED BY OUR GUIDE WE TOOK A TAXI CALLED BY RECEPTION WHO TOOK US ON A MERRY RIDE FOR 25 MINS WHILE THE Actual DISTANCE WAS 7 MINS AWAY.

We found the hotel, to be reasonable and in a good location, the wifi worked well for us, our room was very good and comfortable bed. others in our group had not so good rooms with carpet burns and smelling of smoke. The floors higher up appeared to be better. Breakfast was average. friendly staff very helpful.

A nice and cosy hotel for a good rest after a long flight and custom clearance. We reached the hotel late at night and went to bed straight away for a fresh brand new day in Uzbekistan. The hotel is in front a huge junction with 10 lanes on all 4 corners! Surprisingly it didn't bother us a bit, we slept like a log!

This hotel has the worst WIFI service i had ever seen in my life. Speed is below 2G. their service is also average type. not very good not very poor. They are non flexible. They cant offer you any service which is beyond their timing. They charge extra 45$ for using swimming pool. This i had seen first time in any hotel.

We stayed in this hotel as a group from India. The hotel is in the central district which is easy to reach. But few things I found not ok
1. The wi-fi is absolutely bad. You only will be connected with out any data. This is sometime pain
2. The the rooms are very ordinary with out even tea given.
3. No one from service understand English so it is a pain to communicate.

I think the hotel is not very good and not very ideal and recommend
