Very Charming Hotel. By no means cheap but location is good. Rooms are spacious compared to the general size of Turkish hotels. Entrance of the hotel is a little crowded and the area can get a little noisy at certain times.

The hotel is just perfect! Beautiful, luxurious decoration, nice shops with the finest turkish jewels. Excellent location, nice area where you can go to shops, restaurants by foot. Very good atmosphere!

I walked to the Grand Bazaar, then to the Hagia Sophia the the Blue Mosque and returned here for a bite to eat in the cafe. My room is small but nicely appointed. The staff is friendly and many of the speak English. The shopping near here is unbelievable and the history is so rich is is almost overwhelming.

We stayed for three nights. The hotel is clean and modern but the rooms are extremely small. Even the executive class, which is two steps up from standard, is not 5 star quality. Although the hotel staff tries to appear attentive, every phone call we made to the concierge and front desk went unreturned - at least 5 times in three days. And when they saw we had three kids (all quiet and well behaved) at the breakfast, we were escorted to be seated into a separate room away from everyone else, even though there were plenty of tables in the main breakfast area. They actually had to turn the light on in the other room. Forget a stroller or a wheel chair. The hotel is full of steps and no ramps. Breakfast, for what is supposed to be a 5 star hotel, is okay, but not as good as every other 5 star I've ever stayed at. And the restaurant dinner was truly horrible and pathetically overpriced. This is a good 4 star hotel, but there are real five stars in this city with impeccable service and reputation.
