Love the smell and the traditional decoration of the hotel. felt very welcome and comfortable with the warm, friendly and helpful staffs. constantly seeing someone cleaning the hotel. our room was a good size, efficient and very clean. beautiful view on roof top floor for breakfast. minutes away to walk to everywhere. We stayed at this hotel for two days, we will definitely book this hotel again. i forgot to ask what kind of spray that they use to keep the hotel smell so wonderful and welcoming. it reminds me smell of ta clean and refresh spa.

We spent 3 nights in a family room in this cozy hotel extremely well located. The room is on 2 levels and has a beautiful Turkish style bathroom. Breakfast is served on the lovely and peaceful top roof terrace and is quite small bit of quality. Every morning, Camille, a young French lady was there to assist guests planning their day in Istanbul. It was really useful and interesting talking to a French person who could recommend the best places to visit, transportations, opening times etc... The staff is very friendly and discreet and we would love to stay again. It was also nice to receive an email from the hotel with all touristic information before our arrival.

The Niles Hotel was a great hotel experience! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. When we got to the hotel, they greeted us with tea and Turkish delight. The people who worked at hotel reception gave us lots of helpful advice for where to go and how to get around the city. They even provided us with a transportation card that was re-fillable to use the ferries, trams, and subways. The hotel itself was beautiful and in a perfect location within walking distance of almost all of the main tourist sites, but also far enough away to not be overly crowded. If I ever returned to Istanbul, I would absolutely stay here again!

Booked this hotel for 4 days and It was the best decision we made. Super clean rooms excellent customer service and the staff provided all the info needed. Very close to tram and grand Bazar is just five minutes away. There is just nothing bad to say about this place super clean Close to major sites and I won't think twice before booking this place for our next visit.

We just returned from a 3 night stay at Niles hotel in Istanbul. My boyfriend found this wonderful hotel after much research, and we were so delighted with our stay. From the initial contact confirming our reservation, to the port pick up, welcome, stay and departure, we can't say enough about this hotel. We were welcomed so warmly with tea and a sampling of turkish delight and loved the warm beautiful decor of the reception area and adjacent outside garden patio. Simply enchanting. Our room, the junior suite, was beautifully appointed with Turkish accents, and the Turkish bath was lovely - we thoroughly enjoyed it. The thyme herbed soap was mmmmmmmmm and added to the wonderful relaxation of the bath. We must commend Camille for her wonderful hospitality and suggestions. Loved her enthusiasm and stories as a Parisian married to a Turk, and her love of Istanbul. She provided many useful tips for our stay and things to do. Great recommendations. Camille was outstanding. Also must commend the wait staff at the roof top restaurant, patio area. Bahri and Yason made us feel so welcome, and we left feeling as if we were parting with old friends. Warm and friendly, and accommodating our requests for Turkish sayings with a hint of humor. Can't say enough about them - they made our stay even more enjoyable. We ordered several dinners from the rooftop, because we were enchanted with the views of the port, Bosphorus, and sunsets - total relaxation. A great way to wind down a very busy day in Istanbul full of sightseeing and shopping. Breakfast was wonderful as well - a wonderful start to every day overseeing the city as it was waking up. Kudos to manager Bahri and his front desk staff. All were so welcoming. Highly recommend to any traveler, and we will definitely be back. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you!

Room Tip: The master suite 411 is the best, with balcony views, worth the money. We stayed in the junior suite room 410 - beautifully decorated.
