Very sinserely fr!iendly personal. On early arrivel we were offered tea, and after registration -breakfast (on the house).probably because we had a girl of 5 years old. All 5 days we felt very special. our girl was addressed and treated like a princess. The location is 5 minutes walk from tram stop and shops;10 minutes walk from GRAND BAZZAR. The hotel is very clean and beautiful. Breakfast on the roof is fantastic. They even offer free tea from 4pm till 5pm. Special thanks to the manager Kemal!

The Hotel Niles experience comes through most strongly through the people working there. From the front desk staff to the cleaners to the servers in the rooftop bar, everyone that we encountered was friendly and helpful, and added to making my partner's first experience of Turkey a memorable one for her.

The hotel itself retains a historic feel while being thoroughly modern in its amenities. The room was clean and well appointed, with everything working as it should. The roof-top bar has a beautiful view over the city and out to the Bosporus. The location was convenient to the Covered Bazaar on foot and to public transportation for getting elsewhere.

The front desk staff were especially helpful in arranging transportation to and from the airport on late notice.

After thorough research I came upon this boutique treasure-hotel. A true GEM!!! It exceeded our expectations in everything: picturesque beauty of surroundings, quality in details and absolutely legendary hospitality and customer service!!!!
Here we felt welcomed and cared for our entire stay!
From warm welcome by Bahri, apple tea with Turkish delight, stunning surroundings, beautiful rooms with traditional Turkish bath to the roof top breakfast, with lots of wonderful choices of food, where anyone will find something they like, afternoon tea with some baked good It is here we began each day with the warm kindness of Camille, inquiring if we enjoy our stay and if anything additionally she could do to make it better, ready to answer any questions we might have.
Let me tell you just this, I've traveled the world, but this humble gem is quite impressive!!!
It located so conveniently Close to major attraction like Grand Bazar, Ayasofia, Blue Mosque; within 5 minute walk to tram stop, multiple ATMs, restaurants. Location is incredible!!! Do have to mention that it is located a bit downhill off the major road, which provides privacy and sense of peacefulness: you are in the center, but feels like you've escaped the busyness and noise that usually go hand in hand with centers. Tranquil and safe location! Truly hidden Gem!!!
And last, but not least our encounter with extremely kind, polite and humble manager of Niles- Kemal, who arranged our final transportation accommodations!
Our stay at Niles is one of the pleasant memorable experiences in Istanbul!!!!
Thank you, guys! It was incredible!!!

I spent a week at Hotel Niles and was so happy I chose this location: the rooms are sparkling clean; beautiful embroidered bed linens and pillow slips on a comfy king sized bed; glass bathroom door and matching sink; a wonderful array of Turkish food, artfully displayed and so delicious, served on the rooftop terrace overlooking the Bosphorus; listening to jazz and contemplating the ships while planning another day in dynamic Istanbul; and best of all, a friendly and attentive staff who are more than happy to accommodate their guests. I recommend Hotel Niles highly. It's on a quiet street, but close to the major highlights which are all on the excellent tramline. You won't regret staying in this charming hotel.
