This little hotel, located in a back street close to the waterside in Kadikoy is an excellent place to stay. I would stay here again without any hesitation.
Although located on the Asian side (i.e. the opposite side of the Bosphorus from the main tourist sights), it is in fact one of the best places to be. Kadikoy (the famous 'Chalcedon' of the 5th century) is itself a fairly lively spot, and there is a metro station, a bus station (where coaches and buses run direct to Sabiha Gokcen airport) and the terminal for ferries to Kadikoy and Eminonu. It's also not far from the 'Marmaray' (tunnel under the Bosphorus) train to the 'the other side'. The only downside is that the Eminonu ferry stops at 9 pm, and other transport at Midnight - so make sure you don't leave it too late or you'll have a long and expensive taxi ride. However, one of greatest pleasures of staying here was starting a day sightseeing with a scenic and bracing ride across the Bosphorus, drinking Turkish tea on the open deck of one of the ferries.
The hotel itself is an extremely clean, modern, and welcoming place (although the Reception area is admittedly not the hotel's best feature). Staff were friendly, and although they struggled at times with English, a desire to be helpful more than made up for this. Rooms and bathrooms are immaculate, the wifi is good, and the breakfast, served on a roof terrace, is also pretty good. An unusual feature in the hotel is the lift which serves most, but not all floors, including the ground floor and roof terrace! This is not a major problem, as it's only a few steps up from Reception, but it is a detail worth knowing. There are quite a number of hotels in the area, but this establishment seems quite a step up in terms of quality. I would highly recommend it.

Room Tip: A room on the back is always best as side streets can be surprisingly noisy!

This hotel is located on the Asian side of Istanbul, very close to Kadikoy ferry port - a few minutes walk. It is located on a side street (more like a local neighborhood) therefore it is quiet; but still very close to all the shops, bars, restaurants, art galleries from Kadikoy.
From the rooftop terrace there is a nice view over Bosphorus (a bit blocked by the next building, but still nice).
The hotel is very clean and well maintained, the staff is friendly & helpful; breakfast is served on the terrace - it is good enough to start the day (with some local specialties).
Now, after the Marmaray train (beneath Bosphorus) was put in service it is even more easier to get to the European side of Istanbul. There is a train stop (Ayrılık Çeşmesi) at 20-30 minutes walk from the hotel. The train makes max 15 minutes till European historical side(Sirkeci station) - with one exit close to Sirkeci & Bosphorus and another one going up the hill, very close to Grand Bazaar & Sultanahmet area.
Near the train stop in Kadikoy there is also a big shopping center -Tepe Nautilus.
My conclusion: this hotel is a very good base if you want to stay on Asian side (good price/quality ratio); also, relatively easy to get to/from Europe on Marmaray train.

We stayed one night in this hotel. the hotel is near Havatas bus station and Natilus tepe mega market. There are plenty cheap restaurant and food stall in main street, But the bed was not comfort at all. In addition, you should carry your own luggage and elevator is not available in ground level.
Unfortunately, we couldn't eat the breakfast because it was not ready before 08:00.
If you have decided to stay in this hotel, you can go to "I love pellow" restaurant. Its food is very delicious.

From start to finish the lovely staff couldn't do enough for us. We did have a few language problems but somehow always managed to be understood.

The rooms are modern and very clean although a little in the small side. However, the location made up for this.

Turkish hotels do not have tea and coffee facilities in the rooms but the lovely rooftop terrace was always open where we could get Turkish tea and sit in the fresh air. We loved this at night time as it is so peaceful up there.

We will definitely stay here again when we visit this great city. Thank you so much for being great hosts.

PS. The barber shop next door is worth a visit for Turkish shave with Murat.

highly recommended. Take the ferry to kadikoy, Asia side, and stay away from the tourists crowd.
The staff are helpful. The hotel is new. Breakfast is great. It close from bars, restaurants, shopping stores, No complains.
