This is my 7th visit to the Boomerang. As usual I was made welcome with a cup of tea.
I am staying in the very comfortable dorm. The beds are clean and comfortable. There are 2 very adequate bathrooms kept clean always.
Breakfast is served in the shady garden, Turkish style and delicious.
I am close to the bus station and museum. Ephesus is 30 minutes walk and the railway to Izmir Airport is 10 minutes walk.

Huseyin and Candy make guests feel part of their family which is why so many people come back again and again.

We went to this restaurant after having checked previous comments on Tripadvisor.
We asked for 3 freshly squeezed orange juices but we got 3 orange juices diluted with fanta (This is a fraud).
We asked for bonfile (a premium stek of cow) and we were served with something we are not sure if was cow, carbon dirty.
Service is normal, place is nice. we were 3 and we spent 74 TL, no tip.
Conclusion: not recommended.
We don't understand how such a place is so overestimated on Tripadvisor.

We had a wonderful dinner just around the corner from our guesthouse. The owners were so friendly and kind. We were looking for a healthy plated meal and the salad and mixed grill platter was perfect. They brought us the Turkish tea and a fruit tray on the house as we relaxed after our meal which was so sweet. Beautiful garden to enjoy your meal in!

Straight up: the food is great. This restaurant is run by a Turkish man, and his Chinese wife, so they have a very wide variety of food of both cultures, and we've tried both. Yummy.
The restaurant itself has a welcoming atmosphere and it is very cosy. We stayed two nights in Selcuk and ate both times here.
Besides they are very nice and attentive.
Definitely recommendable.
