Way overpriced for what you experience..trying to be so chic they forget the personal touches...great room, super spacious (room 711), sort of knowledgable staff...you could tell they were TRYING to be helpful but hadn't actually been taught how to...the concierge to help us to our room answered all of our other questions, his name escapes me...super helpful man...sent us a complimentary bottle of champagne that night but the service ended there...no turn down service, our towels were however cleaned up one night out of four (?), on a different night out of four we received a weather report bedside...used up the tissues on day one and never replenished...after checking in in the afternoon I had to call twice to receive our baggage, they forgot two of our books that were with the luggage and only gave them to us at the front desk three days later because we happened to be stopping to ask a question...?? for almost $1k (CDN) per night, we expected a LOT more...spa left a lot to be desired, very dark and not so clean, roof top patio was a great view however all the loungers were packed up around us while we were enjoying sunset one evening and were asked to leave..rooftop restaurant neat view however booked for events three out of the four nights we were there...best thing going: good location to be able to walk to all Jerusalem sights and I should say, breakfast was incredible, "included" of course but that's what you pay for. Don't recommend spending that much $...

Recommended by one of our friend, this hotel is a luxury gem with a beautiful shopping area just outside, very near Jaffa gate, with very nice staff and a lovely breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay and already recommended to our friends.

Outstanding hotel, brilliant interiors and decor, spoiled by the banal elevator (high frequency and common style) music in most of the public areas. A refined building's tone lowered for us by this music
Wonderful waitors in the breakfast room and particularly Carmen in the Rooftop restaurant

The Mamilla is great. The location just outside the walls, the roof top bar and restaurant with great views of the old city. The rooms that are modern with nice minimalistic touch but retain an old Jerusalem feel.

The service is fantastic. They really went out of their way to help whenever possible.

I expect I will be back there many times in the future!

We went for drinks to watch the sunset at the lovely rooftop bar with a spectacular view. The barman Ran kindly made us special cocktails that were not on the menu which were absolutely delicious. Would definitely recommend this spot to others.
