The Inbal hotel is a unique, perfectly situated and pristine hotel convenient to everything in the Jerusalem area. Very nice room, excellent business lounge and wonderful food created by an executive chef eager to please his guests and always adding something new. What distinquishes the Inbal from the competition is its stellar staff - from bellman to hotel manager they are solicitous, courteous and most happy when they can "go the extra mile" to help any of their guests feel at home. Returning guests are greeted warmly as old friends- making it truly a "home away from home." Very family friendly but also great for business meetings in a spacious well appointed lobby. Senior staff are always circulating introducing themselves to guests. Truly a hotel worthy of all the great reviews posted.

Room Tip: the old city view is magnificent

The upgrading of rooms continues apace. As ever very friendly staff, wonderful food and a great location. This is a friendly and warm hotel which takes care in looking after their guests. Get location for trendy restaurants in Emek Rafaim as well as easy access to the shopping mall in Mamilla

Room Tip: Choose room with executive lounge access

There are many hotels in Jerusalem to choose from but if you are looking for a hotel that is well situated, very clean, well staffed and attentive to your needs then the Inbal is the place to stay. It is not a fancy hotel but it is a really nice one. The room we had was a decent size. It was modern and bright. The bed was firm and comfortable. Things like towels, soaps, bathrobes were of good quality. The breakfast was terrific with a multitude of choices at the buffet. All in all a lovely place to stay.

Room Tip: ask for a room overlooking the old city.
