Lovely hotel in the heart of Tel Aviv overlooking the beach. The staff were very friendly and check in was quick and swift. The manager advised that the room had been upgraded though I am not entirely sure this was correct - i had booked a suite and didn't see the upgrade.
Breakfast is served in a little dining area outside the hotel - i loved this idea! Its a lovely space for meals and I can just imagine the area for a special event!! The best part was to see the hotel serve gluten free bread at breakfast - not very common yet! The breakfast was an extensive spread and the service staff were very helpful.
The room was ok - all white (maybe a little too white) and relatively spacious. There didn't seem to be much closet space though. Sadly, the hotel did not have heating and given that the travel was during a week of mixed weather (warm days and cold nights), the AC in the room made it unbearable. The hotel management was kind enough to put a portable heating unit in the room.
Overall, this is not a bad hotel and would recommend it to anyone traveling to Tel aviv.More
